Abstract
Están descritos los dispositivos y métodos a base de nanotopografía para interactuar con un componente de un tejido conector dérmico. Los dispositivos incluyen estructuras fabricadas sobre una superficie para formar una nanotopografía. Un patrón al azar o no al azar de las estructuras puede ser fabricado tal como un patrón complejo incluyendo estructuras de diferentes tamaños y/o de diferentes formas. Las microagujas pueden ser benéficamente utilizadas para la entrega de un agente a una célula o tejido.
