Abstract
Se describe un dispositivo y método para administrar una composición de alta viscosidad. La composición incluye un agente bioactivo para administrar a un sujeto que necesita de este. El método administra el agente bioactivo a una alta biodisponibilidad y con poca pérdida de agente para los mecanismos de defensa naturales del cuerpo. El dispositivo incluye una o más microagujas con estructuras fabricadas en una superficie de las microagujas para formar una nanotopografía. Un patrón aleatorio o no aleatorio de estructuras puede fabricarse tal como un patrón complejo que incluye estructuras de formas y/o tamaños diferentes.
