Abstract
Se revendică înveliş antimicrobian şi un procedeu de formare a acestuia pe dispozitive medicale. Învelişul se obţine prin aplicarea metalului biocompatibil prin metoda de sedimentare din faza de vapori, în scopul creării neordonării atomice în înveliş, ce asigură în contact cu solventul eliberarea îndelungată a ionilor de metal în cantitate suficientă pentru obţinerea efectului antimicrobian. Condiţiile preferabile de sedimentare pentru crearea neordonării atomice sunt temperatura suportului mai joasă, şi/ sau presiunea gazului funcţional mai mare, sau un unghi al fluxului de substanţă mai mic decât de obicei. Se revendică de asemenea prafuri antimicrobiene obţinute prin prelucrarea mecanică, care produce o neordonare atomică. Invenţia se extinde asupra altor învelişuri metalice şi prafuri de metale obţinute în mod similar în scopul ameliorării solubilităţii lor.
