Abstract
Cette invention se rapporte au domaine des techniques médicales, et peut être utilisée en traumatologie et en orthopédie lors de la pose d'endoprothèses pour l'articulation coxo-fémorale. Ce revêtement de type film fin comprend une sous-couche non poreuse en titane qui repose sur une base, une couche bioactive, ainsi qu'une couche intermédiaire qui se compose d'un mélange des matériaux entrant dans la composition de la sous-couche et de la couche bioactive. Cette invention se caractérise en ce que la couche bioactive se compose principalement d'oxydes de titane ayant une composition stoechiométrique différente, par exemple du TiO2, du TiO ou du Ti2O3. La surface de la base possède un nombre excédentaire d'atomes actifs, tandis que la concentration des oxydes de titane dans la couche intermédiaire s'accroît depuis la sous-couche vers la couche bioactive. Des oxydes de d'aluminium et de zirconium sont en outre disposés entre les oxydes de titane selon une concentration qui décroît depuis la sous-couche vers la couche bioactive. L'utilisation, en traumatologie et en orthopédie, d'un implant osseux comportant ce revêtement de type film fin permet d'augmenter la force d'adhérence à la base et d'accroître la densité du revêtement, la résistance à la corrosion, la compatibilité biologique ainsi que l'activité biologique.
