Claims (6)
- 최소한 스티어링샤프트에서 발생한 조타토크에 따라서 연산된 전류지령값과 검출된 모터전류값의 크기로부터 연산된 전류제어값에 기초하여 스티어링기구에 조타보조력을 부여하는 모터출력을 제어하기 위한 전동파워스티어링시스템의 제어장치에 있어서, 제어장치의 안정성을 보상하는 안정화보상기가 조타토크를 검출하는 토크센서의 후단에 배치되고, 상기 안정화보상기는 전동식파워스티어링시스템에서 이용하는 관성요소와 스프링요소로된 공진시스템의 공진주파수의 피크를 제거하도록 작용하는 동시에 제어시스템의 안정성과 응답성을 개선하도록 작용하는 다음의 특성식 C(s)으로 표시되는 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동파워스티어링시스템의 제어장치.C(s) = (s2+a1s+a2) / (s2+b1s+b2)식중, s : 라플라스 변환자 a1, a2, b1, b2: 공진시스템의 공진주파수에 의해 결정되는 파라메터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마이크로컴퓨터에 기초하는 전자제어회로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동파워스티어링장치의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화보상기는 상기 전자제어회로에서 이용되는 상기 마이크로컴퓨터에 의해 상기 특성C(s)에 기초하여 처리되는 기능수단으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동파워스티어링장치의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 특성 C(s)에 의해 표시되는 특성은 상기 전자제어회로에서 이용되는 상기 마이크로컴퓨터에 의해 다음식 Tc(k)에 기초하여 연산처리되는 특성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동파워스티어링장치의 제어장치.Tc(k) = f1T(k) + f2T(k-1) + f3T(k-2)-e1Tc(k-1)-e2Tc(k-2)식중 T(k)는 데이타샘플링으로부터 얻은 상기 스티어링 토크 T의 A/D변환값.T(k) : 데이타 샘플된 조타토크 T의 A/D 변환값, T(k-1) : 조타토크T(k)의 바로 1개의 앞의 선행값, T(k-2):조타토크 T(k-1)의 바로 1개 앞의 선행값, Tc(k) : 안정화보상기(21)의 출력, Tc(k-1) : 안정화보상기(21)의 출력 Tc(k)의 바로 1개의 앞의 선행값, Tc(k-2) : 안정화보상기(21)의 출력Tc(k-1)의 바로 1개 앞의 선행값, f1, f2, f3, e1, e2는 상기 공진시스템의 상기 공진주파수에 의해 결정되는 파라메터.
- 최소한 스티어링샤프트에서 발생한 조타토크에 따라서 연산된 전류지령 값과 검출된 모터전류값의 크기로부터 연산된 전류제어값에 기초하여 스티어링기구에 조타보조력을 부여하는 모터출력을 제어하기 위한 전동파워스티어링시스템의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 스티어링샤프트에서 발생한 조타토크를 검출하는 토크센서와, 상기 모터로 흐르는 전류를 검출하는 모터전류검출회로와, 검출된 모터전류로부터의 상기 전류제어신호값과, 최소한 상기 조타토크에 따라서 연산된 상기 전류지령신호값을 연산하는 마이크로컴퓨터에 기초한 전자제어회로를 구비하고, 상기 전자제어회로에는 상기 검출된 조타토크에 대해 상기 제어장치의 안정성을 보상하는 다음 특성식 C(s)으로 표시되는 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동파워스티어링시스템의 제어장치.C(s)= (s2+a1s+a2)/(s2+b1s+b2)식중, s : 라플라스 변환자 a1, a2, b1, b2: 공진시스템의 공진주파수에 의해 결정되는 파라메터.
