Claims (1)

  1. 핸들의 조작에 의해 조향축에 가해지는 조향토크를 변위로 변환하여 우방향 또는 좌방향의 조향토크신호로 변환하는 토크센서와, 상기 조향축에 보조토크를 부여하는 모터와, 이 모터의 온도를 검출하는 제1의 온도센서와, 상기조향토크신호의 크기와 방향에 따라 상기모터에 구동전류를 공급하는 반도체파워 스위칭 소자의 온도를 검출하는 제2의 온도센서를 갖고 상기 제1의 온도센서와 제2의 온도센서 중 적어도 한 쪽으로써 상기 모터에 흐르는 최대제한 전류치를 감소하도록 제어하는 제어장치를 갖춘 모터구동식 동력조향장치.
