제2도는 상기 모터구동식 파워스테어링제어장치에 있어서의 콘트롤 유닛의 구체적 구성을 나타내는 블록도.
제3도는 상기 실시예를 설명하기 위한 조타토크 대모터전류의 제어특성도.

Claims (1)

  1. 차속을 검출하는 차속센서, 스테어링샤프트의 도증에 설치되어 핸들의 회전력을 변위로 변환하는 조타토크 대변위변환부와 이 조타토크 대변위변환부의 변위출력을 기계적으로 출력하는 최소한 한개의 변위전달부와 이 변위전달부에 의해 구동되어 변위를 전기신호로 변환하는 제1 및 제2의 변위 대전기신호 변환부로 이루어진 토크센서, 상기 스테어링샤프트 또는 랙(rack)축에 보조부하의 힘이 가해지는 DC 모터, 이 DC 모터의 출력축에 직결되어 상기 스테어링샤프트 또는 랙축에 결합하는 전자클러치, 상기 차속센서와 상기 토크센서의 제1의 변위 대전기신호변환부 및 제2의 변위 대전기 신호변환부의 출력전기신호의 양 입력에 의한 토크측정결과의 차이가 소정 이상이 되면 토크센서 이상이라고 판단해서 상기 DC모터 및 전자클러치를 소세해서 상기 보조부하의 힘이 가해지지 않는 상태로 하는 콘트롤유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 파워스테어링 제어장치.
