제1도는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 모터 구동식 파워 스테어링 제어장치의 구성도, 제2도는 콘트롤유닛의 블록 회로도.

Claims (2)

  1. 변속위치를 검출하는 변속위치 검출센서와, 스테어링 샤프트의 도중에 설치되어 핸들의 회전력을 검출하는 토크센서와, 상기 변속위치 검출센서와 토크센서의 신호를 입력으로 하는 콘트롤 유닛과, 차량 탑재 배터리로부터 콘트롤 유닛을 통해서 구동되는 직류모터와, 이 모터의 출력축에 직결되고 콘트롤 유닛에 의해서 결합 또는 이탈하는 전자 클러치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 구동식 파워 스테어링 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콘트롤 유닛은 토크센서로부터의 입력에 의해 조타토크를 측정하는 조타토크 측정수단과, 변속위치 검출센서로부터의 입력에 의해 변속위치를 검출하는 변속위치 검출수단과, 이 변속위치 검출수단의 출력에 의해 어시스트 가부를 판정하든 어시스트 가부 판정수단과, 통상은 조타토크에 따른 값으로 결정하여 상기 어시스트 가부 판정수단의 출력이 부(否)의 판정 출력의 경우에는 영으로 모터전류를 결정하는 동시에, 어시스트에서 차단으로 또는 차단에서 어시스트로 이행할 때 각기 소정의 지연 시간을 설정하여 모터전류를 어시스트시에는 조타토크에 따른 값까지 증가시키고, 차단시에는 영까지 감소시킨 값으로 결정하는 모터전류 결정수단과, 이 모터전류 결정수단의 출력에 의거하여 모터전류를 제어하는 모터전류 제어수단과, 상기 어시스트 가부 판정수단 및 모터전류 결정수단의 출력에 의거하여 전자 클러치를 결합 또는 이탈하는 제어를 행하는 전자클러치 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 구동식 파워 스테어링 제어장치.
