Claims (1)

  1. 핸들의 조타토크에 의한 비틀림각을 검출하는 전위차계식 토크센서와, 전위차계의 가동전극이 일체 또는 연동하여 작동하고, 조타토크의 중립범위를 검출하는 토크중립범위센서와, 직류 모터에 흐르는 통전전류를 검출하는 전류검출회로와, 상기 모터의 출력을 조타보조력으로서 결합 또는 이탈하는 전자 크러치와, 모터 및 전자 크러치의 전원회로에 직렬로 삽입된 상개접점을 갖는 안전제어 릴레이를 구비하는 장치에 있어서,
    상기 토크중립범위센서가 토크중립범위내 신호를 출력중에 모터 전류검출회로가 토크중립범위보다도 큰 전류가 흐른 경우, 안전제어릴레이를 차단하고 조타보조력을 이탈하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터 구동식 조향장치의 안전제어방법.
