제2도는 상기 실시예에 있어서의 코트롤유닛의 구체적 구성을 나타내는 블록도.
제3도는 상기 실시예를 설명하기 위한 조타토크 대모터전류의 제어특성도.

Claims (2)

  1. 차속을 검출하는 제1 및 제2의 차속센서, 스테어링 샤프트의 도중에 설치되어 핸들의 회전력을 검출하는 토크센서, 상기 스테어링샤트프 또는 랙(rack)축에 보조부하의 힘에 가해지는 DC 모터, 이 DC 모터의 출력축에 직결되며 상기 스테어링샤프트 또는 랙축에 결합하는 전자(電磁)클러치, 상기 제1 및 제2의 차속센서와 상기 토크센서의 신호를 입력으로 하고, 또한 상기 제1 및 제2의 차속센서의 양 출력으로부터 차속을 연산해서 그 차속연산의 결과의 차이가 소정 이상으로 되면 제1의 차속센서가 이상이라고 판단해서 상기 DC모터 및 전자클러치를 소세(消勢)하여 상기 보조부하의 힘이 가해지지 않는 상태로 하는 콘트롤 유닛을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 파워스 테어링 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 콘트롤유닛은 상기 토크센서로부터의 입력에 의해 조타토크를 측정하는 조타토크측정수단, 제1의 차속센서 및 제2의 차속센서의 입력에 의해 차속을 측정하는 제1 및 제2의 차속측정수단, 이 제1 및 제2의 차속측정수단의 차속측정결과의 차이가 소정치 이상일때, 차속센서 이상이라고 판정하는 차속센서 이상 판정수단, 조타토크 및 차속대응의 모터전류치를 기억유지하는 모터전류기억수단, 통상은 조타토크 및 차속대응에 의해 이 모터 전류기억수단에 기억유지된 값을 판독한 값으로 결정하고, 상기 차속센서 이상판정수단의 출력이 이상판정출력시에는 0으로 모터전류를 결정하는 모터전류결정수단, 이 모터전류결정수단의 출력에 따라서 상기 모터전류를 제어하는 모터너류제어수단, 최소한 차속에 따라서 정해지는 조건과, 상기 차속센서 이상 판정수단의 출력조건으로 상기 전자클러치를 결합 또는 이탈하는 제어를 행하는 전자틀러치 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 파워스테어링 제어장치.
