Claims (3)

  1. 차속도를 검출하는 차속센서와, 조향축의 중간에 설치되어 핸들의 회전력을 검출하는 토오크센서와, 차속센서가 토오크 센서의 신호를 입력하는 제어유닛과, 적재된 충전지에서 제어유닛을 통하여 구동되는 직류모터와, 이 모터의 출력축에 직결되고 제어유닛에 의하여 결합 또는 이탈하는 전자클러치를 구비한 모터구동식 동력조항 제어장치에 있어서,
    상기 토오크센서로 부터의 입력에 의하여 조향토오크를 측정하는 조향토오크 측정수단, 상기 차속센서로부터의 입력에 의하여 차속을 측정하는 차속측정수단, 차속에 대응한 모터전류승수를 기억 보지하는 모터전류승수 기억수단, 상기 조향토오크에 대응한 모터전류치를 기억 보지하는 모터전류기억수단, 이 모터전류 기억수단의 출력과 상기 모터전류승수 기억수단의 출력을 곱한 값으로 모터전류치를 결정하는 전류결정수단, 이 모터전류 결정수단의 출력을 기준하여 상기 모터전류를 제어하는 모터전류 제어수단에 의하여 모터전류가 제어되는 직류모터, 적어도 차속에 의하여 정하는 조건으로 직류모터의 출력축에 연결된 전자클러치의 결합 또는 이탈을 제어하는 전자클러치 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  2. 차속을 검출하는 차속센서와, 조향축의 중간에 설치되어 핸들의 회전력을 검출하는 토오크센서와, 차속센서와 토오크 센서의 신호를 입력하는 제어유닛과, 적재된 충전지에서 제어유닛을 통하여 구동되는 직류모터와, 이 모터의 출력축에 직결되고 제어유닛에 의하여 결합 또는 이탈하는 전자클러치를 구비한 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 토오크 센서로부터의 입력에 의하여 조향토오크를 측정하는 조향 토오크측정수단, 상기 차속센서로부터의 입력에 의하여 차속을 측정하는 차속측정수단, 상기 조향토오크의 절대치가 소정치 이하일 때 조향정지로 판정출력하는 조향정지판정수단, 상기 차속에 대응한 모터전류승수를 기억 보지하는 모터전류승수 기억수단, 상기 조향토오크에 대응한 모터전류치를 기억보지하는 모터전류 기억수단, 통상적으로는 이 모터 전류 기억수단의 출력과 상기 모터전류승수기억수단의 출력을 곱한 값으로 상기 전류치를 결정하며 상기 조향장치 판단수단의 출력이 조향정지를 출력시에는 영(零)으로 결정하는 모터전류 결정수단, 이 모터전류 결정수단의 출력에 기준하여 상기 모터전류를 제어하는 모터전류 제어수단, 적재된 축전지로 구동되며 또한 상기 모터전류 제어수단에 의하여 모터전류가 제어되는 직류모터, 적어도 차속에 의하여 정하는 조건과 상기 조향정지 판정수단의 출력조건으로 상기 직류모터의 출력축에 연결된 전자클러치의 결합 또는 이탈을 제어하는 전자클러치 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
  3. 차속을 검출하는 차속센서와, 조향축의 중간에 설치되어 핸들의 회전력을 검출하는 토오크센서와, 차속센서와 토오크 센서의 신호를 입력하는 제어유닛과, 적재된 충전지에서 제어유닛을 통하여 구동되는 직류모터와, 이 모터의 출력축에 직결되고 제어유닛에 의하여 결합 또는 이탈하는 전자클러치를 구비한 모터 구동식 동력조향 제어장치에 있어서,
    상기 토오크센서로부터의 입력에 의하여 조향토오크를 측정하는 조향토오크 측정수단과, 상기 차속 센서로부터의 입력에 의하여 차속을 측정하는 차속측정수단과, 조향토오크치와 기억보지된 전회 토오크치로부터 단위시간당 조향토오크 변동율을 산출하는 조향토오크 변동율 산출수단과, 조향토오크의 절대치 및 조향토오크 변동율이 각각 소정차 이하인 때 조향정지로 판정 출력하는 조향정지 판정수단과, 차속에 대응한 모터전류승수를 기억보지하는 모터전류승수 기억수단과, 조향토오크에 대응한 모터전류치를 기억보지하는 모터전류 기억수단과, 통상적으로 모터전류 기억수단의 출력과 모터전류 승수 기억수단의 출력을 곱한 값으로 전류치를 결정하며, 상기 전자클러치가 이탈시에는 영(零)으로 결정하는 모터전류 결정수단과, 이 모터전류 결정수단의 출력에 기준하여 모터전류를 제어하는 모터전류 제어수단과, 적어도 차속에 의하여 정하는 조건과 조향정지 판정수단의 출력조건으로 전자클러치의 결합 또는 이탈을 제어하는 전자클러치 제어수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터구동식 동력조향 제어장치.
