Claims (4)

  1. 무선으로 송신되는 신호를 수신하여 모우터의 회전방향을 변동시키는 무선조종용 모우터 구동선형집적회로에 있어서 입력신호를 증폭하는 증폭기(B1)와 증폭된 신호를 검파하는 검파기(B2)와 회전방향 신호를 감지하는 비교기(B3)와 모우터를 구동하는 구동판회로(B4)와 정전압회로(B5) 및 열보호회로(B6)를 구성하여 입력신호에 따라 모우터의 구동방향을 변경시킬 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 무선조종용 모우터구동을 위한 선형 집적회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 열보호회로(B6)를 비교기(B3)와 구동단회로(B4)에 병렬로 접속시킴을 특징으로 하는 무선조종용 모우터구동을 위한 선형 집적회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서 구동단회로(B4)의 단일 PNP 트랜지스터를 복합 PNP 트랜지스터(Q3, Q4)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 무선조종용 모우터구동을 위한 선형 집적회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 구동단회로(B4)의 출력단에 개별 PNP 트랜지스터를 접속함을 특징으로 하는 무선조종용모우터구동을 위한 선형 집적회로.
