제1도 및 제2도는 본원 발명의 병렬형 A/D 콘버터의 직선성 보상회로의 하나의 실시예를 설명하기 위한 것으로, 제1도는 직선성 보상회로를 나타내는 회로도.
제2도는 A/D 콘버터의 콤퍼레이터의 입력회로를 나타내는 회로도.
제3도는 배경기술을 설명하기 위한 병렬형 A/D 콘버터의 구성을 나타내는 회로블록도.

Claims (1)

  1. 비교전압 발생용 저항체인과 하나의 콤퍼레이터의 입력회로와의 사이에 흐르는 입력전류 I를 그 입력회로에 의해서 증폭한 전류 IE와 같거나 또는 그것과 대응한 크기의 전류를 얻는 더미회로와, 상기 더미회로에 의해 얻은 전류에 의거하여 상기 전류 IE를 k(플러스의 경우)배 한 전류 kIE를 얻는 제1의 전류증배회로와, 상기 제1의 전류증폭회로에 의해 얻은 상기 전류 kIE를 상기 입력회로의 증폭율을 역수배 한 전류 ki를 만드는 증폭수단과, 상기 증폭수단에 의해 얻은 전류 ki를 1(플러스의 경우)배하는 제2의 전류증배회로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬형 A/D 콘버터의 직선성 보상회로.
