Abstract

본 발명은, 친수성과 소수성 부분을 갖는 블록공중합체로, 구성된 약제담체와, 이 약제담체중에 물리적 처리에 의해 포착된 소수성 약제를 포함한 중합테미셀형 약제 및, 약제담테중에 소수성약제를 포착시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 블록공중합체로 구성된 약제담페는, 소수성 약제를 물리적 포착에 의하여 대우효율적으로 도입할 수 있는 안정한 중합테미셀을 형성한다. 도입된 약제는, 시럼존재하에서 미셀중에 안정하게 유지되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 높은 소수성으로 인해 물에 난용성이기 때문에 생체내로 투여하기가 곤란한 약제를 중합체 미셀 약제형태로 투여할수 있다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 수응액중 폴리에 틸렌 옥시드-폴리 (β-벤질 L-아스파떼 이트)블록 공중합체 (A-5-10)의 중합체 미셀(micelle)의 동적 광 산란에 의한 일도분포도.
제2도는 가열에 의해 중합테 미셀의 내부코어 (Core)에 도입된 피렌의 형광 스펙트럼의 변화를 나타낸 도면(번호 1∼8은, 블록공중합테의 각 농도에서 피렌의 헝광 스겐트럼을 나타냄).
제3도는 블록공중합테의 각종 농도에서 3가지 방법에 의해 도입된 피렌양을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (6)

  1. 하기적 I또는 II로 표시되는 블록공중합체로 구성된 약제담체중에 물리적으로 포착된 소수성 약제를 포함하는 것이 특징인 중합테미셀형 약제;
    (상기식중, R1은 H또는 알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 NH,CO,R6(CH2)qR7(여기서, R6는 OCO, OCON71, NHCO, NHCOO, NfTCONIT. CONH또는 COO, R7은 NH또는 CO, q는 1∼6임), R3는 H, 알킬기, (CH2)qC5H5(CH2)pC0OR5또는 CH2CONHR5(여기서, P는 1또는2이고, R5는, C1-20알킬기, 벤질치환 C1-20알킬기 또는 벤질기임) R4는 H,OH, 또는 말단에 CO, NH, 또는 0를 갖는 알킬기, m은 4∼2500, n은 2∼300이다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블록공중합테가 하기식 111으로 표시되는 화합물인 약제 :
    (상기 식중, m은 4∼2500, n은 2∼300이다. )
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 약제가 아드리아마이신 또는 인도메타신인 약제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 약제가 아드리아마이신이고, 상기 블록공중합체가 상기식 111의 화합물인 약제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 약제가 인도메타신이고, 상기 블록공중합체가 식트의 화합물인 약제.
  6. 소수성 약제와 상기식 I, II또는 III의 약제담체를, 가열, 초음파처리 또는 유기용매 처리를 행하여, 상기 소수성 약제를 상기 약제담체로 구성된 중합체미 셀중에 물리 적으로 포착시 키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제담체중에 소수성약제를 포착하는 방법.
