제1도(a)-(b)는 본 발명의 실시에 사용하기 적당한 압연 설비의 구성 설명.
제2도(a)-(c)는 제1 및 제2발명에 따른 압연 요령의 설명도.
제3도는 강편의 접합온도와 압축응력 관계를 나타내는 그래프.
제4도(a)-(g)는 강편의 평면형상을 나타낸 도면.
제5도(a)(b)는 강편의 결합상황을 나타낸 도면.

Claims (10)

  1. 조압연 공정을 거친 선행 강편파 계속해서 반송되는 후속의 강편을 연속적으로 다듬질 압연기로 공급하여 옅간 압연함에 있어서, 다듬질 압연기의 입구쪽에서 선행 강편의 후단부에 후속 강편의 선단부를 맞대로 강편끝부분의 맞닿은 면에 1kgf/mm2이상의 압축응력을 발생시켜 이 상태를 유지한채 압연기로 물려 들어가게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강편의 연속 열간 압연방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강편 끝부분의 맞닿은 면이 적어도 강편 폭방향의 양 가장자리를 포함하는 강편의 연속열간 압연방법.
  3. 조압연 공정을 거친 선행의 강편과 계속해서 반송되는 후속의 편을 연속적으로 다듬질 압연기로 공급하여 열간 압연함에 있어서, 다듬질 압연기의 입구쪽에서 선행 강편의 후단부와 후속강편의 선단부를 맞댄 상태에서 적어도 강편의 폭방향 양 가장자리에서 접하는 형상으로 절단하고, 계속해서 이 양끝부분을 맞대어 사전 접합한 후 다듬질 압연기로 물려 들어가게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강편의 연속 열간 압연방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 선행 강편의 후단부와 후속 강편의 선단부를 맞대기 전에 선행 강편의 후단부와 후속강편의 선단부를 양 강편의 마주보는 면이 서로 강편의 두께 방향에 대하여 소정각도 없이 평행되게 하기위해 경사지게 절단하는 공정을 부가하고, 강편의 폭방향 양 가장자리에서 스카아프 이음 상태로 접합하는 사전접합을 하고 다듬질 압연으로 강편 폭방향의 미접합 부분을 접합하는 강편의 연속 열간압연방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 선단부와 후단부와의 맞닿은 상태에서 각 강편을 그 폭방향에 걸쳐 접촉하는 형상으로 절단하는 강편의 연속 열간 압연방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 사전 접합이 선행 강편과 후속 강편의 피 압연면에 얇은 강판을 양자의 맞댄 부분에 덮고 고착시키는 것으로 되고, 압연에서 맞닿은 부분을 압연하는 강편의 연속 열간 압연방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 각 강편의 절단후 얇은 강판의 고착까지의 시간이 20초 이내인 강편의 연속 열간 압연방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 각 강편을 맞댄후 얇은 강판의 고착에 앞서 강편 폭 방향의 양 가장자리를 접합하는 강편의 연속 열간 압연방법.
  9. 열간압연에서의 조압연후 다듬질 압연기 입구쪽의 반송라인에서 선행하는 강편의 후단부와 후 행하는 강편의 선단부를 접합할때, 조압연 단계에서 선행 강편의 후단부와 후속 강편의 선단부의 각각에 강압하를 가하고, 양끝부분의 두께를 테이퍼 상으로 점차 두께를 줄이고 계속해서 선행, 후속 양 강편의 테이퍼 두께 감소부분을 겹친 후 점용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간 압연에서의 강편의 접합방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 선행하는 강편의 후단부와 후행하는 강편의 선단부와의 겹친 부분이 각 강편의 폭방향 양 가장자리인 열간 압연에서의 강편의 접합방법.
