Claims (19)

  1. 케이스에 형성된 개구부분을 개폐하기 위한 셔터가 이 케이스에 슬라이드할 수 있게 장착되고, 또한 이 셔터가 탄성스프링에 의해 상기 개구부분의 폐쇄방향으로 힘이 가해진 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 상기 셔터는 슬라이더를 통해서 디스크카트리지에 장착되며, 상기 슬라이더에는 상기 탄성스프링의 굴곡단부가 삽입되는 삽입구멍이 이 슬라이더내를 그 상하방향으로 훅형으로 굴곡하도록 형성되고, 또한 이 삽입구멍의 개구부에는 이 삽입구멍의 안쪽에 향해서 돌출하는 첨단부가 형성된어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  2. 케이스에 형성된 개구부분을 개폐하기 위한 셔터가 이 케이스에 슬라이드할 수 있게 장착되고, 또한 이 케이스내에 수압된 탄성 스프링에 의해 상기 셔터가 상기 개구부분의 폐쇄방향으로 힘이 가해진 셔터장착의 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 상기 셔터는 슬라이더를 통해거 스프링은 상기 디스크카트리지에 장착되는 동시에 상기 스프링은 상기 디스크카트리지와 상기 슬라이더와의 사이에 장착되며, 상기 스프링의 상기 슬라이더측 암(arm)부의 끝에는 이 슬라이더의 슬라이드방향에 대략 직각의 굴곡단부가 형성되고, 상기 슬라이더에는 상기 굴곡단부가 수납되는 공동(空洞)이 형성되며, 이 공동은 상기 슬라이더의 전벽부분 및 저벽부분을 절입하여 상기 스프링의 굴신동작시에 있어서의 상기 암부의 회전방향에 따라 상기 공동에 연결하도록 향성된 절입구로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  3. 케이스에 형성된 개구부분을 개폐하기 위한 셔터가 이 케이스에 슬라이드할 수 있게 장착되고, 또한 이 셔터가 탄성스프링에 의해 상기 개구부분의 폐쇄방향으로 힘이 가해진 셔터장착의 디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 상기 스프링의 상기 카트리지의 측벽부축의 끝에 상기 토션코일스프링의 굴신방향과 수직으로 굴곡단부가 형성되고, 상기 케이스의 둘레측벽부에는 상기 토션코일스프링의 굴신방향으로 평행으로 뻗는 2개의 협지편이 배설되며, 상기 굴곡단부의 삽입구를 형성하는 2개의 훅형 돌기가 상기 협지편의 각각의 선단부에 배설되며, 상기 스프링의 굴곡단부는 상기 협지편과 상기 돌기에 의해 형성되는 공실(空室)내에 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  4. 케이스에 개구부분의 개폐용 셔터가 상기 케이스의 전단부에 슬라이더를 통해서 왕복이동가능하게 연결된 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더의 후단상면에는 곡면부가 형성되고, 상기 셔터의 후단부는 절결되어서, 이 절결로부터 상기 슬라이더의 곡면부가 외측으로 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  5. 디스크카트리지의 기록재생장치측 선단에 형성되는 가이드부에 슬라이더가 계지되고, 상기 디스크카트리지에 형성된 개구부분을 개폐하기 위한 셔터가 상기 슬라이더에 고정되며, 상기 슬라이더에는 상기 기록재생장치의 개폐핀을 받기 위한 핀받이구멍이 형성된 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 상기 디스크카트리지는 셔터를 통상시에는 폐쇄해 두기 위한 셔터록기구가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 셔터장착 디스크카트리지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 셔터록기구는 상기 슬라이더의 저부에 상기 핀받이구멍에 연통하도록 형성된 스토퍼 구멍을 구비하고, 상기 셔터의 폐쇄상태에 있어서의 상기 스토퍼구멍에 대응하여 디스크카트리지내부에는 공실이 배설되며, 이 공실내에는 상기 스토퍼 구멍을 관통하여 상기 핀받이구멍안에 돌출할 수 있는 두부(頭部)를 구비한 스토퍼부재가 수납되며, 이 스토퍼부재를 상기 슬라이더쪽으로 항상 힘을 가하는 탄성부재가 수납되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  7. 디스크를 협지하도록 조합된 상반편(上半片)과 하반편(下半片)이 배설되고, 이 상하 양 반편의 중앙부에 상기 디스크의 허브를 지지하여 회전하는 스핀들이 압입되는 스핀들삽입구멍이 형성된 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 상기 스핀들삽입구멍의 에지로부터 떨어진 곳에서 이 스핀들 삽입구멍을 에워싸고, 또한 상기 디스크의 비기록면에 대향하여 돌출하는 환상돌기가 상기 상하 양 반편에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  8. 디스크를 수납하고, 이 디스크를 회전시키기 위한 스핀들 삽입구멍과 판독기입용 헤드가 삽입되는 헤드삽입 구멍이 케이스에 형성된 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 수납된 디스크의 비기록부분에 대응하는 위치로부터 상기 스핀들삽입구멍의 근방에 상기 디스크의 비기록면에 대향하는 돌기를 형성하고, 이 돌기를 탄성 및 활성(滑性)중 최소한 하나의 성징을 가진 표층으로 덮은 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표층은 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표층은 불소수지로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표층은 고무재로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 표층은 열가소성 엘라스토머와 불소수지의 양쪽을 조합해서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 헤드삽입구멍의 내측의 모서리가 모접기에지로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  14. 디스크를 수납하고, 이 디스크를 회전시키기 위한 스핀들삽입구멍과 판독기입용 헤드가 삽입되는 헤드삽입구멍이 케이스에 형성된 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 수납된 디스크의 비기록부분에 대응하는 위치로부터 상기 스핀들삽입구멍의 근방에 페트(PET)등의 활성을 가진 필름이 환상으로 부착되어 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  15. 상반편과 하반편으로 케이스를 형성하고, 이 케이스내면에 디스크를 수납하기 위해 대략 원형으로 돌출된 주위벽을 형성한 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 상기 주위벽의 케이스의 측벽과 결합부분을 만곡시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 케이스의 측벽의 전방부에 판독기입장치에 결정안내하기 위한 위치결정용 홈을 형성하고, 이 위치결정용 홈의 벽면과 상기 측벽의 벽면이 교차하는 코너부에 모접기가 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  17. 상반편과 하반편의 케이스로 이루어지고, 케이스내에 디스크를 수납하고, 이 디스크에의 부주의에 의한 기입을 금지하도록 한 기입금지기구를 구비한 디스크카트리지에 있어서, 이 기입금지기구는 디스크카트리지내에 가동적으로 지지되는 블록형 본체 및 이 블록형 본체의 하나의 능선의 근방으로부터 그 가동방향으로 돌출한 계지 다리를 구비한 가동플러그와, 상기 디스크카트리지의 양 반편내에 분할 형성된 상기 가동플러그의 블록형 본체를 왕복이동가능하게 지지하는 가이드부와, 상기 가동플러그를 2개의 위치에 선택적으로 정지시키도록 반편의 한쪽의 가이드부에 형성된 상기 계지다리와 계합할 수 있는 계합철부와, 상기 가동플러그가 한쪽의 위치에 있을 때 차단되고, 다른쪽의 위치에 있을 때 열려서 서로 연통되는 상기 양 반편의 가이드부의 저벽부분에 각각 형성된 개구와, 반편의 다른쪽의 가이드부의 저벽부분에 상기 계지다리와 대향하도록 형성된 돌기를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  18. 2개의 상하반편으로 이루어지는 케이스내에 디스크를 수납하고, 케이스의 개구부분을 셔터로 개폐할 수 있게 하는 동시에, 2개의 반금형을 맞추어서 형성한 캐비티내에 1점의 사출공으로부터 수지를 사출성형한 디스크카트리지로서, 상기 사출공은 상기 디스크카트리지의 부품에 의해 은폐되는 부분에 대응하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 사출공은 디스크카트리지의 셔터의 상기 케이스개구부분을 덮는 측판선단부를 가이드하기 위한 압판을 수납하는 홈부분에 대응하는 위치에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크카트리지.
