Claims (12)

  1. 과립화되는 제품을 액체형태로 유동층에 분무하고, 유동층에서 빠져나오는 배출가스중의 미세재료를 분리하여 과립을 형성하기 위한 핵으로서 유동층으로 반송하고, 유동층에서의 과립화공정은 분류가스로 크기를 미리 정한 과립이 형성되도록 분류가스류를 조정하는 것만으로 영향을 받게 하고, 완성된 과립은 유동층장치의 유출저에 끼워 넣어져 있는 하나 또는 몇개의 향류 비중분류기만으로 제거하며, 경우에 따라, 이렇게 수득한 과립에 열후처리를 행함을 특징으로하는 입자크기의 분포가 좁은 과립을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 과립화되는 제품이 하나 그 이상의 활성 성분을 함유하는 액체인 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 사용하는 활성성분이 농화학적으로 활성인 물질, 가정과 위생지역에서 해충을 박멸하기 위한 활성물질, 약리학적으로 활성인 물질, 영양소, 감미제, 염료 및 유기화합물 및/또는 무기화합물인 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유동층에서 빠져나오는 미세재료를 사이클론 또는 분진여과기로 연속적으로 흡수하여 유동층으로 반송하거나, 또는 유동층위에 설치되어 있는 분진여과기로 미세재료를 내부로 반송하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 빗처럼 서로 연결되어 있으며, 단면이 지그재그형이고, 분류기의 축에 대하여 수직으로 미끄럼 가능한 비아로 단면과 갭의 길이를 조절할 수 있는 하나 또는 몇 개의 지그재그형 분류기로 배출을 행하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 몇개의 6각형 조각으로 나누어져 있고, 중심을 향하여 기울어져 있으며, 배출시 원형갭의 형태로 각각의 노즐을 둘러싸는 향류비중분류기 뿐만 아니라 노즐을 포함하는 유출저를 통하여 완성된 과립을 배출하는 제조방법.
  7. 분무 가능한 형태로 공급되는 제품을 분산시키기 위한 장치가 있고, 유동층에서 빠져나오는 미세재료를 반송하기에 적합한 시스템이 있으며, 하나 또는 몇 개의 향류비중 분류기가 이의 유출저에 부착되어 있는 유동층 반응기로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 입자크기의 분포가 좁은 과립을 연속적으로 제조하기 위한 장치.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 사용하는 향류비중분류기가 지그재그형 분류기인 장치.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 사용하는 향류비중분류기가 빗처럼 서로 연결되어 있으며, 단면이 지그재그형이고, 분류기의 축에 대하여 수직으로 미끄럼 가능한 바아로 단면과 갭의 길이를 조절할 수 있는 지그재그형 분류기인 장치.
  10. 제 7항에 있어서, 과립화되는 제품을 2상재료노즐로 공급하고, 조자중에 노즐을 교환할 경우 외부의 공기가 과립제조기 안으로 침투하지 않고 제품이 과립제조기 밖으로 빠져나가지 않도록 미립화가스를 공급하는 장치.
  11. 제 7항에 있어서, 유출저가 몇 개의 6각형조각으로 나누어져 있고, 중심을 향하여 기울어져 있으며, 배출시 원형갭의 형태로 각각의 노즐을 둘러싸는 향류비중분류기 뿐만 아니라 노즐을 포함하는 장치.
  12. 활성성분 한가지 이상을 1내지 100중량%, 불활성 충진제 재료를 0내지 99중량% 분산제 및/또는 결합제를 0내지 40중량%, 및 임의로 첨가제를 함유하며, 평균입자크기가 0.1 내지이 3mm고최대, 입자의 직경과 최소입자의 직경이 평균입자크기의 1/2이내로 다르며, 형태가 균일하고 균질하게 구성되며, 조밀한 미공상 구조물이며, 물이나 기타의 용매에 자발적으로 분산될 수 있거나 용해될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한 제 1항에 따르는 제조방법으로 수득할 수 있는 과립.
