Description
Claims (18)
- 제1 구성요소와 제2 구성요소를 포함하는 배기 가스 시스템으로서, 2개의 구성요소(10, 12) 사이에 유도 납땜 접합부(induction solder joint)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 구성요소(10, 12)는 압입 끼워맞춤 연결부(push fit connection)를 통해 서로 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소(10, 12) 중 적어도 하나의 구성요소는 파이프인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 구성요소(10, 12) 중 하나의 구성요소는 땜납 링(20)을 위한 땜납 지지면(18)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 지지면(18)은 둘레의 비드(bead)(14)에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 지지면(18)이 마련된 하나의 구성요 소(10, 12)는 다른 하나의 구성요소(12, 10) 안에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 2개의 구성요소(10, 12) 사이에 런아웃 영역(32)이 마련되며, 상기 런아웃 영역은 상기 2개의 구성요소와 접합하지 못한 과잉의 땜납(20)을 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 구성요소(10, 12) 중 하나의 구성요소에는 납땜 재료를 위해 구성요소를 둘러싸는 수용 챔버(34)가 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수용 챔버(34)는 비드에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템.
- 배기 가스 시스템, 특히 차량 배기 가스 시스템의 제1 구성요소를 제2 구성요소와 접합시키는 접합 방법으로서, 함께 조립되며 고온 땜납 재료(20)가 제공되는 2개의 구성요소가 인덕터(28)를 이용하여 땜납 재료(20)의 영역에서 땜납 재료(20)의 융해점 이상의 온도까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 땜납 재료(20)는 땜납 지지면(18) 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 유도 납땜 접합부의 영역에 땜납 지지부(30)가 배치되며, 이 땜납 지지부는 땜납 재료(20)를 위한 땜납 지지면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 지지부(30)는 전기적으로 비전도성인 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 지지부(30)는 세라믹 재료로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제12항 내지 제14항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 지지부(30)는 유도 납땜 접합부 아래에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제15항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 재료(20)의 양은 2개의 구성요소(10, 12) 사이의 납땜 간격에 맞춰져서, 상기 땜납 재료는 납땜 간격을 완전히 채우며 과잉의 땜납 재료는 런아웃 영역에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 재료(20)로서 니켈을 주성분으로 하는 땜납이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
- 제10항 내지 제16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납 재료(20)로서 구리를 주성분으로 하는 땜납이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 시스템의 접합 방법.
