Description
Claims (17)
- 第1の自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプと第2の自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプを持つ排気ガスシステムであって、両者自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)の間に高温ロウ材からなる誘導加熱ロウ付け箇所があることを特徴とする、排気ガスシステム。
- 両者自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)が差し込み結合によって相互に結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)の1つがロウ材リング(20)のための装着面(18)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 円形に一周するビーディング(14)によって装着面(18)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 装着面(18)を設けられた自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)を、他方の自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(12、10)の内側が受けていることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 両者自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)の間に流出領域(32)が設けられ、その中に余剰のロウ材(20)が収容される、その際、前記ロウ材が両者自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)と結合することはないことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)の1つに、ロウ材のために円形に一周する受入れチャンバ(34)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 受入れチャンバ(34)がビーディングによって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の排気ガスシステム。
- 排気ガスシステムの第1の自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプを第2の自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプと結合する、自動車排気ガスシステムのための結合方法であって、組み合わされて高温ロウ材(20)を装着された両者の自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)が、そのロウ材(20)の領域を、加熱コイル(28)によって、ロウ材(20)の融点を超える温度まで加熱されることを特徴とする、結合方法。
- ロウ材(20)が装着面(18)の上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- ロウ付け箇所領域にロウ付け支持具(30)が配置され、このロウ付け支持具はロウ材(20)のための装着面を備えることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ロウ付け支持具(30)が非導電性の材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- ロウ付け支持具(30)がセラミック材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ロウ付け支持具(30)がロウ付け箇所より下に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項11から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ロウ材でロウ付け隙間を完全に充填し、余剰のロウ材は流出領域に収容されるという方法で、ロウ材(20)の量が両者自動車排気ガスシステム用パイプ(10、12)間のロウ付け隙間に適合されることを特徴とする、請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ロウ材(20)としてニッケルベースのロウ材が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項9から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ロウ材(20)として銅ベースのロウ材が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項9から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
