Claims (7)
- 표면의 거칠기가 5㎛내지 50㎛이며, 이 표면에 1㎛이하의 미세한 오목부(凹部)와 볼록부(凸部)를 가진 알루미늄합금 형상물과,상기 오목부나 볼록부에 침입하여 고착(固着)되어, 종횡(縱橫) 평균 선팽창율이 2∼4 ×10-5℃-1인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지나 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 주성분으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물로이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지조성물의 복합체.
- 표면의 표면거칠기가 1∼10㎛이며, 상기 표면에 직경이 0.01∼0.1㎛의 미세한 오목부나 볼록부를 가지며 표면을 피복하고 있는 +3가 알루미늄화합물의 두께가 평균 0.001㎛정도인 알루미늄합금 형상물과,상기 오목부나 볼록부에 고착되어 종횡 평균 선팽창율이 2∼4 ×10-5℃-1인 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지나 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 주성분으로 하는 열가소성 수지조성물로이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지조성물의 복합체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 오목부와 볼록부는 표면의 1㎛ 평방당 제 1지름이 0.03∼0.1㎛로 깊이가 상기 제 1지름과 동등한 정도, 또는 상기 제 1지름 이상인 제 1오목부나 제 1볼록부가 10개 이상 있으며,제 2지름이 0.01∼0.03㎛로 깊이가 상기 제 2지름과 동등한 정도, 또는 상기 제 2지름 이상인 제 2오목부나 제 2볼록부가 50개 이상 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지조성물의 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고착(固着)은, 사출성형금형에 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물을 인서트하여 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물을 사출하여 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지조성물의 복합체.
- 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물과, 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 수지나 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 용해한 유기용제용액(有機溶劑溶液)으로 부터, 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 박막이나 폴리페닐렌설파이드가 표면에 부착된 피막 알루미늄합금형상물을 제조하고,상기 피막 알루미늄합금형상물을 사출성형 금형에 인서트하여,상기 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 수지나 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미늄합금과 수지조성물의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물을 200℃이상으로 가열하고,상기 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 수지나 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 용융하여 압력하에서 상기 알루미늄합금과 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미늄합금과 수지조성물의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 하이드라진, 암모니아나 아민계 화합물의 수용액에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 액에 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물을 침지한 침지 알루미늄합금과,상기 침지 알루미늄합금을 사출성형금형에 인서트하여상기 폴리알킬렌테레프탈레이트 수지나 폴리페닐렌설파이드를 상기 사출성형금형에 사출한 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 알루미늄합금과 수지 조성물의 복합체의 제조방법.
