Claims (5)
- 모노머액에 중합개시제를 혼합해 중합시켜 수흡수성 수지를 제조하는 방법으로서,상기 모노머액을 공급관로에 연속적으로 공급하여 공급관로 속에서 연속적으로 교반하는 공정(a),상기 교반상태의 모노머액의 흐름에 상기 중합개시제를 합류시켜 모노머액과 중합개시제의 혼합액을 얻는 공정(b) 및상기 혼합액을 상기 공급관로로부터 중합장치에 연속적으로 공급하여 중합반응을 행하게 하는 공정(c)를 포함하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a)가 상기 모노머액으로서 농도 40중량% 이상의 모노머액을 사용하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a)가 상기 모노머액으로서 액체온도가 50℃ 이상인 모노머액을 사용하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정(a)가 모노머액의 교반 레이놀즈수가 50 이상이 될 때까지 교반하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 사용하는 장치로서,상기 모노머액이 연속적으로 공급되는 공급관로,상기 공급관로의 도중에 배치되어 상기 모노머액을 연속적으로 교반하는 교반처리부,상기 교반처리부의 하류측에서 상기 공급관로에 배치되고 상기 중합개시제를 공급하여 상기 모노머액과 혼합시키는 혼합부 및상기 공급관로의 하류에 배치되어 상기 모노머액과 상기 중합개시제의 혼합액을 중합반응시키는 중합장치를 구비하는 수흡수성 수지의 제조장치.
