Claims (10)
- 전방으로부터 후방까지 축방향으로 배열된 형태의 특히 자동차용 유체동력학 커플링 장치로서,구동 샤프트에 회전식으로 결합되기에 적합한 대체로 반경방향으로 배향된 횡단 케이싱 벽(58, 92)과,종동 샤프트(72)에 회전식으로 결합되도록 배열된 허브에 회전식으로 결합되는 터빈 휠(64)과,축방향 활주 운동을 위해 배치되고, 상기 횡단 케이싱 벽(58)과 터빈의 상기 허브(68, 70) 사이에 축방향으로 개재된 중앙 슬리브(76, 176)를 따라서 장착된 피스톤(74, 103)과,상기 횡단 벽(58)의 내부 면(92)으로부터의 간격에 대응하는 방향으로 중앙 슬리브(76)에 대해서 상기 피스톤(74)의 축방향 변위를 제한하고, 상기 피스톤과 상기 터빈 휠의 허브 사이의 모든 직접적인 마찰 접촉을 방지하는 후방 접촉 요소(178)를 포함하는, 유체동력학 커플링 장치에 있어서,상기 접촉 요소(178)가 상기 중앙 슬리브(76)와 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)가 상기 피스톤(74)에 축방향으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)가 특히 플라스틱 재료로 성형에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)가 상기 피스톤(74)에 대해서 반경방향으로 중심설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)가 상기 횡단 케이싱 벽(58)에 대해서 반경방향으로 중심설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)가 터빈의 허브(68, 70)에 대해서 반경방향으로 중심설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접촉 요소(178)가 대체로 연속적인 또는 불연속적인 편평한 환형 링의 형태이며, 상기 링이 상기 중앙 슬리브(76)의 대체로 관형 메인 본체로부터 반경방향으로 배향되고 반경방향 외측으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)가 반경방향으로 중심설정되며, 횡단 케이싱 벽(58)에 대해서 그리고 터빈의 허브(68, 70)에 대해서 반경방향으로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 중앙 슬리브(76)의 후방 횡단 면(108)이 적어도 하나의 윤활 홈(128)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 종동 샤프트(72)의 자유 단부가 밀봉 부재(104)가 개재된 중앙 슬리브(76)의 보어(102)내에 축방향으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는유체동력학 커플링 장치.
