Abstract
무수물 환산으로 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드를98.0중량% 초과하고 99.9중량% 미만 함유하며, 분말 X선 회절 프로필에 기초하여 산출되는 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정에 대한 결정화도가 90% 이상이거나 질소기류 하에서 분말 중의 유리 수분을 제거한 후, 온도 25℃, 상대습도 35중량%에서 12시간 동안 유지한 때의 동적 수분 흡착량이 0.01중량% 이하인 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정 함유 분말, 및 그의 제조방법 및 용도를 제공하는 것에 의해 해결한다.
무수물 환산으로 2-0-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산을 98.0중량% 초과하고 99.9중량% 미만 함유하며, 질소기류 하에서 분말 중의 수분을 제거한 후, 온도 25℃, 상대습도 35중량%에서 12시간 동안 유지한 때의 동적 수분 흡착량이 0.01% 이하이며, D-글루코스 및/또는 L-아스코르빈산을 함유하고, 또한, 분말 전체의 환원력이 1% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-0-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말을 제공한다.
Description
도 2는 실질적으로 무정형(amorphos) 부분으로 이루어지는 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 함유 분말의 특성 X선에 의한 분말 X선 회절 패턴의 일례이다.
도 3은 실질적으로 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정으로 이루어지는 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 무수결정 함유 분말의 싱크로트론 방사광(synchrotron radiation)에 의한 분말 X선 회절 패턴의 일례이다.
도 4는 실질적으로 무정형 부분으로 이루어지는 아스코르빈산 2-글루코시드 함유 분말의 싱크로트론 방사광에 의한 분말 X선 회절 패턴의 일례이다.

Claims (11)
- 무수물 환산으로 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산을 98.0중량% 초과하고 99.8중량% 이하 함유하며, 분말 X선 회절 프로필에 기초하여 산출되는 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정에 대한 결정화도가 90% 이상이고 99.8% 이하이며, 질소기류 하에서 분말 중의 수분을 제거한 후, 온도 25℃, 상대습도 35중량%에서 12시간 동안 유지한 때의 동적 수분 흡착량이 0중량%를 초과하고 0.01중량% 이하이며, L-아스코르빈산 및 D-글루코스 중 어느 한 쪽 또는 양 쪽을 함유하고, L-아스코르빈산 양이 무수물 환산으로 0중량% 초과하고 0.1중량% 이하이며, 또 분말 전체의 환원력이 0.12중량% 이상이고 1중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말.

- 제 1항에 있어서,
L-아스코르빈산과 전분질을 포함하는 용액에 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노트랜스퍼라아제를 작용시키는 공정을 거쳐서 얻어지는 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함유 용액으로 제조된 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말. - 전분질과 L-아스코르빈산을 포함하는 용액에 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노트랜스퍼라아제와 글루코아밀라아제를 순서대로 작용시켜서 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산의 생성률이 35중량% 이상이고 45중량% 이하인 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함유 용액을 얻는 공정; 얻어진 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함유 용액을 정제하여, 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함량을 무수물 환산으로 86중량% 초과하고 92.2중량% 이하로 하는 공정; 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함량을 무수물 환산으로 86중량% 초과하고 92.2중량% 이하 함유하는 용액으로부터 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산의 무수결정을 석출시키는 공정; 석출된 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산의 무수결정을 채취하는 공정; 및 채취된 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산의 무수결정을 숙성, 건조하고, 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1항 기재 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,
전분질과 L-아스코르빈산을 포함하는 용액에 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노트랜스퍼라아제와 글루코아밀라아제를 순서대로 작용시켜서 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함유 용액을 얻는 공정에 있어서, 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노트랜스퍼라아제와 함께 전분 절지 효소(starch debranching enzyme)를 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 얻어진 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함유 용액을 정제하여, 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함량을 무수물 환산으로 86중량% 초과하고 99.2중량% 이하로 하는 공정이 음이온 교환수지를 사용하는 칼럼크로마토그래피에 의해 당류를 제거하는 공정과, 양이온 교환수지를 충전제로 사용하는 의사이동상식(擬似移動床式)의 칼럼크로마토그래피를 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 얻어진 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함유 용액을 정제하여, 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 함량을 무수물 환산으로 86중량% 초과하고 99.2중량% 이하로 하는 공정이 음이온 교환수지를 사용하는 칼럼크로마토그래피에 의해 당류를 제거하는 공정과, 강산성 양이온 교환수지 또는 다공성 수지를 사용하는 칼럼크로마토그래피를 실시하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법. - 제 1항에 기재된 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말상의 식품 소재.
- 제 1항에 기재된 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말상의 화장품 소재.
- 제 1항에 기재된 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말상의 의약부외품 소재.
- 제 1항에 기재된 2-O-α-D-글루코실-L-아스코르빈산 무수결정 함유 분말로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말상의 의약품 소재.
