Claims (5)
- 테트라카르복실산 2 무수물 성분과 디아민 성분을 반응 중합시킴으로써 얻어지는 폴리아믹산 및 그 폴리아믹산을 탈수 폐환시킨 폴리이미드에서 선택되는 적어도 일방을 함유하는 액정 배향제로서, 상기 테트라카르복실산 2 무수물 성분의 20~100 몰% 가 지환식 구조 또는 지방족 구조를 갖는 테트라카르복실산 2 무수물이고, 상기 디아민 성분의 10~100 몰% 가 하기 식 (1)(식 중, R1∼R10 중 두개는 1 급 아미노기, 나머지는 수소원자 또는 1 급 아미노기 이외의 1 가의 유기기이고, 각각 동일하거나 상이해도 된다)로 나타내는 디아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 지환식 구조 또는 지방족 구조를 갖는 테트라카르복실산 2 무수물이 1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 2 무수물 또는 3,4-디카르복시-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로-1-나프탈렌숙신산 2 무수물인 액정 배향제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 식 (1) 의 디아민이 4,4'-디아미노디페닐아민인 액정 배향제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액정 배향제를 기판에 도포하고, 건조, 소성시킨 도막으로 이루어지는 액정 배향막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액정 배향제로부터 얻어진 액정 배향막을 갖는 액정 표시 소자.
