Claims (4)
- 도막 형성 후에 러빙 처리하여 네마틱 액정의 배향막으로 하기 위한 액정 배향 처리제로서, 1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복시산 이무수물, 1,2,3,4-시클로펜탄테트라카르복시산 이무수물, 1,2,4,5-시클로헥산테트라카르복시산 이무수물, 2,3,5-트리카르복시시클로펜틸아세트산 이무수물, 3,4-디카르복시-1,2,3,4-테트라히드로-1-나프탈렌숙신산 이무수물 및 비시클로[3,3,0]옥탄-2,4,6,8-테트라카르복시산 이무수물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 테트라카르복시산 2 무수물군과, 하기 식 (Ⅰ) 로 표시되는 구조의 디아민을 적어도 1 종류는 함유하는 1 종류 또는 복수종의 디아민을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리아믹산 또는, 그 폴리아믹산을 탈수 폐환시킨 폴리이미드의, 적어도 일방의 중합체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향 처리제.[화학식 1](식 중, X 는 수소원자 또는 1 가의 유기기를 나타내고, Y1, Y2 는 1 급 아미노기 또는 1 급 아미노기를 1 개 갖는 1 가의 유기기를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 식 (Ⅰ) 로 표시되는 구조를 갖는 디아민이, 3,6-디아미노카르바졸인 액정 배향 처리제.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 액정 배향 처리제를, 전극을 갖는 한 쌍의 기판에 도포하여 도막을 형성하고, 그 도막면을 러빙하여 액정 배향막으로 하고, 그 한 쌍의 기판에 형성된 액정 배향막 사이에 네마틱 액정을 협지시켜 이루어지는 액정 표시 소자.
