Claims (11)
- a) 화학식(II)의 화합물을 용매중에서 산화제와 반응시키고,b) pH 9.50 내지 12.00 범위의 알칼리성 수용액으로 반응 혼합물을 추출하고 수층을 제거하고,c) 전 단계의 유기층을 pH 13.0 이상의 알칼리성 수용액으로 추출하고 유기층을 제거하고,d) 전 단계의 수층으로부터 화학식(I)의 화합물을 분리하는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 화학식(I)의 벤즈이미다졸-타입 화합물의 제조 방법:상기 식에서,R1 및 R2는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고 수소, 메톡시 또는 디플루오로메톡시로부터 선택되고, R3, R4 및 R5는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고 수소, 메틸, 메톡시, 메톡시프로폭시 또는 트리플루오로에톡시로부터 선택된다.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1차 추출 단계 b)에서의 pH가 10.50 내지 11.50의 범위인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화제가 m-클로로퍼옥시벤조산, 모노퍼옥시프탈레이트, 과산화수소(촉매와 함께 또는 없이), 과망간산염, N-클로로 또는 N-브로모 숙신이미드, 1,3-디브로모-5,5-디메틸히단토인, 2-하이드로퍼옥시헥사플루오로-2-프로판올, 요오도실벤젠, 망간(III) 아세틸아세토네이트, 산소(촉매와 함께 또는 없이), 오존, 퍼옥시 모노설페이트, 루테늄 테트라옥사이드, 퍼보레이트, 퍼요오데이트, 아실 니트레이트, t-부틸하이드로퍼옥시드, 디메틸 디옥시란, 히포클로라이트, 세륨 암모늄 니트레이트, 2-니트로벤젠설피닐 클로라이드/포타슘 슈퍼옥시드, N-설포닐옥사지리딘, 소듐 브로마이트, 및 벤조일 퍼옥시드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 산화제가 m-클로로퍼옥시벤조산인 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식(I)의 벤즈이미다졸-타입 화합물이 라베프라졸, 오메프라졸, 판토프라졸, 란소프라졸 및 에소메프라졸로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 화학식(I)의 벤즈이미다졸-타입 화합물이 라베프라졸인 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 1차 추출 단계 b)에서의 pH가 10.70 내지 11.20의 범위인 방법.
