Claims (2)
- 전자석에 의해 밸브 부재를 작동시켜 오일 순환 유통로를 개폐 제어하는 구조로 이루어지고, 구동측과 피구동측으로 이루어지는 토크 전달 간극부에서 오일의 유효 접촉 면적을 증감시켜 구동측으로부터 피구동측으로의 회전 토크 전달을 제어하는 방식으로 이루어진 외부 제어식 팬 클러치의 제어 방법으로서,상기 밸브 부재를 라디에이터 냉각액 온도, 팬 회전 속도, 트랜스미션 오일 온도, 차속(車速), 엔진 회전 속도, 액셀레이터(스로틀) 개도(開度), 에어컨디셔너의 컴프레서 압력 및 이 에어컨디셔너의 On 또는 Off 신호 중 적어도 하나의 신호에 기초하여 PID 제어(비례, 미분, 적분에 의한 피드백 제어 방식)에 의해 개폐 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 PID 제어의 게인(gain) 각각을 엔진측으로부터 요구되는 최적 팬 회전 속도, 실측 팬 회전 속도 및 엔진 회전 속도로 이루어지는 게인 매트릭스로부터 결정하고, 그 게인을 기초로 PID 연산을 행하여 제어 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 제어식 팬 클러치의 제어 방법.
- 전자석에 의해 밸브 부재를 작동시켜 오일 순환 유통로를 개폐 제어하는 구조로 이루어지고, 구동측과 피구동측으로 이루어지는 토크 전달 간극부에서 오일의 유효 접촉 면적을 증감시켜 구동측으로부터 피구동측으로의 회전 토크 전달을 제어하는 방식으로 이루어진 외부 제어식 팬 클러치의 제어 방법으로서,엔진측으로부터 요구되는 최적 팬 회전 속도에 상한 회전 속도를 설정하거 나, 또는 엔진 회전 속도와 팬 회전 속도 및 상기 최적 팬 회전 속도의 차속에 기초하여 팬 회전 속도 제어신호를 일시적으로 정지하거나 혹은 엔진 회전 가속도 또는 액셀레이터(스로틀) 포지션 가속도에 기초하여 팬 회전 속도 제어 신호를 일시적으로 정지하거나, 또는 상기 최적 팬 회전 속도의 변화율에 기초하여 이 최적 팬 회전 속도의 변화율에 제한을 부여하여 PID 제어(비례, 미분, 적분에 의한 피드백 제어 방식)에 의해 팬 클러치를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,상기 PID 제어의 게인 각각을 엔진측으로부터 요구되는 최적 팬 회전 속도, 실측 팬 회전 속도 및 엔진 회전 속도로 이루어지는 게인 매트릭스로부터 결정하고, 그 게인을 기초로 PID 연산을 행하여 제어 신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 외부 제어식 팬 클러치의 제어 방법.
