Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the noise of fan by providing a valve member at the inside at the torque transmission chamber while partitioning the flow-out regulation hole side in the oil sump through an arched barrier wall then partitioning the flow path chamber conducting to said hole. CONSTITUTION:A valve member 8 is positioned in the torque transmission chamber 4 having one end riveted onto a partitioner 5 while the other end positioned to a flow-out regulation hole 5'. In an oil sump 6 conducting to a circulation path 13', the flow-out regulation hole 5' side is partitioned by an arched barrier wall 16 while partitioned by a flow path chamber 14 conducting to the flow-out regulation hole and the positional relation between the flow- out regulation hole 5' made on the partition board 5 and a supply port 15 made at the end of the barrier wall 16 is made such that at least one of them will be on the oil face existing in the oil sump 6 under any rotary state.
