Claims (5)
- 가소화 폴리(비닐아세탈) 수지막으로 이루어지는 겹유리용 중간막으로서,상기 겹유리용 중간막을 두께 2.0 ~ 4.0 ㎜ 의 2 장의 유리로 중첩시켜 겹유리를 제작한 후, 상기 겹유리를 80 ℃, 상대습도 95 % 의 환경 하에 2 주일 동안 방치했을 때의 가장자리 변으로부터의 백화(白化)거리가 7 ㎜ 이하이고,상기 겹유리용 중간막을 150 ℃ 에서 1 시간 동안 방치했을 때의 중량감소가 3 중량% 이하이고,탄소수 2 ~ 10 의 카르복실산의 마그네슘염 및 탄소수 2 ~ 10 의 카르복실산의 칼륨염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2 종 이상의 염을 함유인 것을 특징으로 하는 겹유리용 중간막.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가소화 폴리(비닐아세탈) 수지막은, 평균 아세탈화도 66 ~ 72 ㏖% 의 폴리(비닐아세탈) 100 중량부와, 트리에틸렌글리콜 디-2-에틸헥사노에이트, 올리고에틸렌글리콜 디-2-에틸헥사노에이트 및 테트라에틸렌글리콜 디-n-헵타노에이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 가소제 30 ~ 50 중량부로 이루어지고,총농도 5 ppm 이상으로, 탄소수 2 ~ 10 의 카르복실산의 마그네슘염 및 탄소수 2 ~ 10 의 카르복실산의 칼륨염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 2 종 이상의 염으로 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 겹유리용 중간막.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리(비닐아세탈)이 평균 부티랄화도 66 ~ 72 ㏖% 의 폴리(비닐부티랄)인 것을 특징으로 하는 겹유리용 중간막.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 염의 함유량이 10 ~ 150 ppm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 겹유리용 중간막.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 4 항에 따른 겹유리용 중간막이 사용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 겹유리.
