Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PELìCULA INTERMEDIáRIA PARA VIDRO LAMINADO"<D>. A presente invenção tem por objetivo providenciar uma película intermediária para vidro laminado, que, quando montada no vidro laminado, oferece boa transparência, resistência às intempéries, aderência, resistência à penetração e outras características, não ocasiona branqueamento marginal do vidro laminado, mesmo quando exposta a uma atmosfera altamente úmida e, isenta do risco de um incêndio na autoclave ou ao problema associado com aparamento das bordas e um vidro laminado compreendendo a referida película intermediária. Esta invenção refere-se a uma película intermediária para vidro laminado compreendendo uma película de resina de polivinil acetal plastificada, onde, quando um vidro laminado fabricado mediante interposição da película intermediária entre um par de folhas de vidro cada qual de 2,0 a 4,0 mm em espessura é deixado assentar num ambiente de 80°C e 95% de umidade relativa por 2 semanas, a distância do branqueamento de sua borda não é mais que 7mm, e, quando a película intermediária para vidro laminado é deixada ficar a 150°C por 1 hora, sua perda em peso não é maior do que 3% em peso.
