Description

Claims (9)
- 注入器であって、注入器は、
容器と、
流体送達システムと、
封止アセンブリと
を含み、
容器は、穿孔を画定する内部表面を備えた壁を含み、
封止アセンブリは、穿孔内で受け取られ、穿孔に沿って移動可能であり、且つ内部表面を有しており、
壁および封止アセンブリの内部表面は、薬剤が充填された閉鎖無菌の貯留部を画定しており、
封止アセンブリは、
封止アセンブリの内部表面を画定する内部表面を有する可撓性の壁と、
可撓性の壁から離間された障壁と
を有し、
障壁および可撓性の壁は、可撓性の壁および障壁の間に密閉空間を画定し、
流体送達システムは、無菌の容器の針と作動器とを有し、
無菌の容器の針は、先端を有し、
該先端は、保管状態では無菌の容器の針が貯留部と流体連通しないように、保管状態では障壁を通しておよび密閉空間の中へと配設されており、
該先端は、送達状態では無菌の容器の針が貯留部と流体連通するように、送達状態では封止アセンブリの可撓性の壁の内部表面を通して無菌の貯留部の中へと配設されており、
作動器は、無菌の容器の針を保管状態から送達状態に移動するように構成されており、
障壁と可撓性の壁とが、保管状態と送達状態の両方において密閉空間を画定する、注入器。 - 容器の壁が、障壁とは反対側の閉鎖端と、障壁が配設される開放端とを画定する、請求項1に記載の注入器。
- 流体送達システムがさらに、無菌可撓管を備え、
無菌可撓管は、第1端および第1端とは反対側の第2端とを有し、
無菌可撓管は、無菌の容器の針に第1端で接続され、
無菌可撓管は、無菌注入針を遮断する無菌カバー内に受け取られる無菌注入針に第2端で接続されている、請求項1または2に記載の注入器。 - 薬剤が、(a)赤血球造血刺激因子製剤、(b)顆粒球コロニー刺激因子、(c)TNF遮断薬、(d)ペグ型顆粒球コロニー刺激因子、(e)インターロイキン受容体特異抗体、(f)IGF‐受容体(インシュリン成長因子受容体)特異抗体、(g)TGF‐特異抗体、(h)PCSK9(プロタンパク質転換サブチリシン/ケクシン9型)‐特異抗体、のいずれか一つを或る量だけ備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の注入器。
- 注入器を組み立てる方法であって、
無菌条件下で容器の貯留部に薬剤を充填するステップにして、貯留部は容器の壁の内部表面によって画定される、薬剤を充填するステップと、
無菌条件下で、容器の壁に結合された封止アセンブリの内部表面と、容器の壁の内部表面とが閉鎖無菌の貯留部を画定するように、容器の壁の内部表面によって画定される穿孔内にそれに沿って移動可能に封止アセンブリを配置するステップであって、封止アセンブリは、可撓性の壁と、障壁とを含み、可撓性の壁は、封止アセンブリの内部表面を画定する、内部表面を有し、障壁は、可撓性の壁から離間しており、障壁および可撓性の壁が、可撓性の壁および障壁の間に封止、乾燥された密閉空間を画定するように、封止アセンブリを配置するステップと、
無菌条件下で容器に流体送達システムを取り付けるステップにして、流体送達システムは、容器の針は、障壁を貫通して、密閉空間に配設されるように、流体送達システムを取り付けるステップと、
クリーンルーム条件下で注入器の残りの部分を組み立てるステップとを備え、
無菌条件は、クリーンルーム条件よりも高いレベルの汚染不在状態を有し、
容器の針は、先端を有し、
該先端は、保管状態では容器の針が無菌の貯留部と流体連通しないように、保管状態では障壁を通しておよび密閉空間の中へと配設されており、
該先端は、送達状態では容器の針が貯留部と流体連通するように、送達状態では封止アセンブリの可撓性の壁を通して無菌の貯留部の中へと配設されており、
障壁と可撓性の壁とが、保管状態と送達状態の両方において密閉空間を画定するように構成されている、方法。 - 流体送達システムはさらに、注入針と可撓性管とを含み、
可撓性管は、容器の針と注入針とを互いに接続するように構成されており、

クリーンルーム条件下で流体送達システムを作動器に取り付けるステップにして、作動器が流体送達システムの状態を保管状態から送達状態に変更するように構成されている、流体送達システムを作動器に取り付けるステップを備える、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 密閉空間内の気体が選択的に空にされ、または排気されることを可能にするように、容器の壁は、送達状態において可撓性の壁に面している部分に、バイパスとなる溝を含む、または障壁は、抜け口を含む、請求項1に記載の注入器。
