Description
図1Aは、実施形態1に係る遠心ファン1を示す平面図である。図1Aに示すように、遠心ファン1は、筐体2、モータ3、支持体4、及び環状の回転体5を備える。
続いて図6A~図7を参照して本発明の実施形態2について説明する。但し、実施形態1と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態2は、支持体4の構成が実施形態1と異なる。
続いて図8A~図10Bを参照して本発明の実施形態3について説明する。但し、実施形態1及び2と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1及び2と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態3は、筐体2の構成が実施形態1及び2と異なる。
続いて図11を参照して本発明の実施形態4について説明する。但し、実施形態1~3と異なる事項を説明し、実施形態1~3と同じ事項についての説明は割愛する。実施形態4は、回転体5の構成が実施形態1~3と異なる。

Claims (14)
- 上下に延びる中心軸を中心として回転するロータハブを有するモータと、
前記ロータハブに固定され、前記ロータハブとともに回転する支持体と、
前記支持体と材料が異なり、連続多孔質体である環状の回転体と、
前記回転体、前記支持体、及び前記モータを収容する筐体と
を備え、
前記筐体は、軸方向に開口する第1吸気口、及び径方向に開口する少なくとも1つの送風口を有し、
前記回転体の径方向内面は、前記ロータハブの径方向外面と隙間を介して対向し、
前記回転体の前記第1吸気口側の表面又は前記支持体側の表面は、前記回転体の内部よりも、硬質である、遠心ファン。 - 前記回転体の外径は、前記支持体の外径よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の内径は、前記回転体の外径の3/4以上である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記支持体は、
軸方向に貫通する複数の貫通孔と、
隣り合う前記貫通孔の間に位置するリブ部と
を有し、
前記複数の貫通孔のうちの少なくとも一つは、前記回転体の径方向内面と前記ロータハブの径方向外面との前記隙間に、少なくともその一部が開口して配置される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。 - 前記筐体は、軸方向に対向する上壁部と下壁部とを有し、
前記上壁部は、前記第1吸気口を有し、
前記下壁部は、軸方向に開口する第2吸気口を有する、請求項4に記載の遠心ファン。 - 前記回転体は、前記支持体の前記上壁部と軸方向に対向する面に配置される、請求項5に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の内径は、前記第1吸気口の開口径よりも大きい、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の径方向内面は、前記中心軸と平行である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の径方向外面は、前記中心軸と平行である、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の径方向の幅は一定である、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の軸方向の厚さは一定である、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の平均空孔径は、前記回転体の径方向内面側と前記回転体の径方向外面側とで異なる、請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の径方向内面側の前記平均空孔径は、前記回転体の径方向外面側の前記平均空孔径よりも大きい、請求項12に記載の遠心ファン。
- 前記回転体の材料は、連続気泡構造体である、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の遠心ファン。
