Description
また、前記端子ピンに略直角方向に中継用の配線基板を接続し、前記リード線を接続するためのコネクタを中継用の配線基板の表面に位置させたため、リード線と配線基板との接続状態を安定した状態で維持することができる。
さらに、前記端子ピンと前記中継用の配線基板とが互いに接続される部分、前記中継用の配線基板と前記コネクタとが互いに接続される部分、及び前記コネクタと前記リード線とが互いに接続される部分から所定の空間を空けて離間した状態でこれらの部分を取り囲むカバーとを備え、該空間に樹脂が充填され、さらに、カバーの内壁表面に設けた当接部と係合突起との間で、中継用の配線基板をカバーの内壁表面から離間した状態で支持したため、配線基板をカバー内で安定した状態で保持することができ、ひいては、リード線についてもカバー内で安定した状態で保持することができる。

Claims (1)
- コイルと、該コイルの外側に延びるとともに、該コイルの末端が接続される複数の端子ピンとを備えるコイル装置からリード線を引き出すリード線引出し構造であって、前記リード線は、前記コイル装置の外側から前記コイル装置に挿入されるとともに、電気的に前記端子ピンに接続され、
該リード線引出し構造は、
前記リード線の一端に装着された圧着端子と、
前記端子ピンに略直角方向に接続される中継用の配線基板と、
前記中継用の配線基板に前記リード線を接続するために設けられ、前記中継用の配線基板の表面に位置するコネクタと、
前記端子ピンと前記中継用の配線基板とが互いに接続される部分、前記中継用の配線基板と前記コネクタとが互いに接続される部分、及び前記コネクタと前記リード線とが前記圧着端子を介して互いに接続される部分から所定の空間を空けて離間した状態でこれらの部分を取り囲むカバーとを備え、該空間に樹脂が充填され、
さらに、前記カバーの内壁表面の上部に形成された当接部と、
前記カバーの内壁表面に形成されるとともに、前記当接部の下方に配置された係合突起とを備え、
前記リード線が取り付けられた複数の圧着端子は、該圧着端子の突出部が前記コネクタのハウジングから突出するように、前記コネクタに装着され、
前記コネクタから突出している各圧着端子の先端部は、前記中継用の配線基板のコイル側の表面から挿入されるとともに、前記コイルに接続された端子ピンも、前記中継用の配線基板のコイル側の表面から挿入され、
前記中継用の配線基板の前記コイルの反対側の表面において、前記圧着端子の突出部の自由端部及び前記端子ピンの先端部と前記中継用の配線基板に形成された導電パターンとが導通接続され、
前記リード線は前記中継用の配線基板に平行な方向に延び、前記コイル装置の前記コイルは前記端子ピンの先端部を除いて樹脂封止された外周面を有し、前記中継用の配線基板は前記カバーの内部に配置され、前記中継用の配線基板は前記カバーの内壁表面から離間した状態で前記当接部と前記係合突起との間で支持されることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。
