Abstract
【解決手段】コイル62とその末端が接続される複数の端子ピン63とを備えるコイル装置65の端子ピンからリード線を引き出すリード線引出し構造であって、リード線2はその一端がコネクタ1に接続されており、コネクタが中継用の配線基板67にその一側面より接続され、配線基板が端子ピンに接続されているコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。コネクタは、配線基板へ接続するための接続端子がリード線の延伸方向と直交する方向に突出するものとすることができる。リード線の一端に圧着端子3を接続し、圧着端子を中継用の配線基板にその一側面側より接続し、配線基板を端子ピンに接続してもよい。

Claims (6)
- コイルとその末端が接続される複数の端子ピンとを備えるコイル装置の前記端子ピンからリード線を引き出すリード線引出し構造であって、
前記リード線はその一端がコネクタに接続されており、前記コネクタが中継用の配線基板にその一側面より接続され、該配線基板が前記端子ピンに接続されていることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。 - 請求項1において、前記コネクタは、前記配線基板へ接続するための接続端子が前記リード線の延伸方向と直交する方向に突出するものであることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記コイル装置は、前記端子ピンの先端部を残して前記コイルの外周部を樹脂封止してなる樹脂封止部を備える樹脂封止コイル装置であって、前記リード線が接続された前記コネクタと前記配線基板と前記端子ピンとを取り囲むカバーを前記樹脂封止コイル装置に連結し、前記カバーの内部空間に樹脂が充填されていることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。
- コイルとその末端が接続される複数の端子ピンとを備えるコイル装置の前記端子ピンからリード線を引き出すリード線引出し構造であって、
前記リード線はその一端に圧着端子が接続されており、前記圧着端子が中継用の配線基板にその一側面側より接続され、前記配線基板が前記端子ピンに接続されていることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。 - 請求項4において、前記圧着端子は、前記配線基板へ接続するための接続端子が前記リード線の延伸方向と直交する方向に突出するものであることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線の引出し構造。
- 請求項4又は5において、前記コイル装置は、前記端子ピンの先端部を残して前記コイルの外周部を樹脂封止してなる樹脂封止部を備える樹脂封止コイル装置であって、前記リード線が接続された前記圧着端子と前記配線基板と前記端子ピンとを取り囲むカバーを前記樹脂封止コイル装置に結合し、前記カバーの内部空間に樹脂が充填されていることを特徴とするコイル装置のリード線引出し構造。
