Claims (5)
- セパレータを介在させた正極体と負極体とを備える蓄電素子を形成する工程と、
前記蓄電素子の正極側および負極側の電極体の何れか一方または双方を素子端面に引き出させた単一または複数の電極張出し部を形成する工程と、
前記電極張出し部および集電板を側面間で溶接により接続する工程と、
前記電極張出し部に接続された前記集電板の側面に形成された第1の溶接面部と、前記蓄電素子を収容するケース部材を封口する封口部材に設置された端子部材の側面に形成された第2の溶接面部とを一致させて共通の面部を形成し、該面部で前記端子部材と前記集電板とを、レーザ溶接または電子ビーム溶接により溶接して、前記端子部材と前記電極張出し部とを前記集電板を介在させて接続する工程と、
を含み、前記集電板と前記端子部材との接触面と異なる位置にレーザビームまたは電子ビームの照射位置を設定し、この照射位置にレーザビームまたは電子ビームの中心位置を合わせて照射することを特徴とする、蓄電デバイスの製造方法。 - 前記集電板を固定するとともに、前記集電板に前記蓄電素子を押し当てた状態で前記集電板と前記電極張出し部とをレーザ溶接により接続する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記集電板の上面に溶接ラインを設定し、該溶接ラインでレーザ照射を行い、前記集電板と前記蓄電素子の電極張出し部とを溶接する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記集電板に設定された溶接ライン上で照射するレーザ出力を変化させる工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
- 前記面部で前記端子部材と前記集電板とを溶接する前記レーザ溶接または前記電子ビーム溶接のナゲット深さは1.2〔mm〕以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電デバイスの製造方法。
