Claims (29)
- 携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置のコントローラを動作させる方法であって、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置のコントローラにより、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置において、ユーザーから携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に対する要求を受け取るステップと、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置の前記コントローラにより、受け取った前記ユーザーのユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置の内から特定の性能特性を有する携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動的に選択するステップと、
前記選択された携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を前記ユーザーのために自動的にリリースするステップと、
前記受け取ったユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から放出するべき特定レベルのエネルギーを決定するステップと、

- 前記性能特性は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の使用年数、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の容量、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の現在の充電レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電容量に対する充電レベルの百分率、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置がそれまでに経験している充電サイクルの合計累積数、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の重放電の回数又は頻度、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の温度曝露、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電サイクルの数又は頻度を表す値、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が過激な運転プロファイルを有する運転者によって使用されたことがあるかどうかのうちの1つ以上を含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置の前記構成されたコントローラにより、高加速に関連する前記運転者の加速器読取値及び携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記運転者の使用の際の電流引出しレベルのうちの1つ以上に基づいて前記運転プロファイルに関する情報を受け取ることにより、運転者の運転プロファイルを決定するステップを更に有する請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置をリリースする前に、使用済みの携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記ユーザーから前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置によって受け取られていることを示す信号を受け取るステップを更に有する請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記構成するステップは、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のリリースの前に実行される請求項1に記載の方法。
- 無線接続上において前記ユーザープロファイルを受け取るステップを更に有する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ユーザープロファイルを受け取るステップは、前記ユーザーのモバイル装置を介して前記ユーザープロファイルを受け取るステップを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動的に選択するステップは、前記ユーザープロファイル上において示されている前記ユーザーによって採用された複数の過去のルートのいくつかの特徴を示す過去のルート情報に基づいて前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を選択するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動的に選択するステップは、前記ユーザープロファイル上において示されている1つ以上の車両仕様に基づいて前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を選択するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動的に選択するステップは、前記受け取ったユーザープロファイルをその他のユーザープロファイルと比較するように構成されたユーザーの間における優先順位付けシステムに基づいて前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を選択するステップを含む請求項1に記載の方法。

前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置充電器、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置リリースシステム、前記ユーザーインターフェイス、及び前記セキュリティシステムに結合されたコントローラと、
を有し、
前記コントローラは、少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサに結合された少なくとも1つの通信モジュールと、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、ユーザーの受け取ったユーザープロファイルに基づいて、特定の性能特性を有する携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を前記ユーザーのために選択し、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記選択された電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動的にリリースし、前記受け取ったユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から放出するべき特定レベルのエネルギーを決定し、前記決定された特定のレベルで前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置からエネルギーを放出するように前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のセキュリティシステムを構成する、
ように構成されている、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置において前記ユーザーから携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に対する要求を受け取るように結合されている請求項12に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。
- 前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記選択は、前記ユーザーが前記要求時点で割増価格でその他の利用可能な車両電池よりも高性能の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の提案を受けることを好んでいるという前記ユーザープロファイル内の通知に更に基づいている請求項13に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置がその他の利用可能な車両電池よりも高性能の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を前記ユーザーのために選択できるという選択肢を前記ユーザーに対して提案し、前記提案に応答した入力を受け取り、前記入力に従って前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の選択を実行する請求項14に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。
- 前記ユーザーのための前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記選択は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置の使用のための相対的に低いサブスクリプションレベルを示す別のユーザープロファイルに関連付けられた別のユーザーのために選択されることになる前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置内の別の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置よりも優れた性能特性を有する携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の選択を含む請求項12に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。
- 前記性能特性は、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の使用年数、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の容量、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の現在の充電レベル、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電容量に対する充電レベルの百分率、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置がそれまでに経験している充電サイクルの合計累積数、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の重放電の回数又は頻度、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の温度曝露、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の充電サイクルの数又は頻度を表す値、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が過激な運転プロファイルを有する運転者によって使用されたことがあるかどうかのうちの1つ以上を含む請求項16に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、運転者の運転プロファイルを決定するように更に構成されており、この決定は、高加速に関連付けられる前記運転者の加速器読取値及び携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記運転者の使用の際の電流引出しレベルのうちの1つ以上に基づいて前記運転プロファイルに関する情報を受け取ることによって実行される請求項12に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置をリリースする前に、使用済みの携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置が前記ユーザーから前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置によって受け取られていることを示す信号を受け取るように更に構成されている請求項12に記載の携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置。

前記ユーザーのユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置の内から特定の性能特性を有する携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を自動的に選択することと、
前記選択された携帯型エネルギー貯蔵装置の前記ユーザーに対する自動的なリリースを制御することと、
前記ユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から放出するべき特定レベルのエネルギーを決定することと、
前記決定された特定のレベルで前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置からエネルギーを放出するように前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のセキュリティシステムを構成することと、
を実行させる、媒体。 - 携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置のコントローラを動作させる方法であって、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置において、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置のコントローラにより、ユーザーから携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に対する要求と、前記ユーザーのユーザープロファイルとを受け取るステップと、
前記受け取った要求に関して無線認証するステップと、
前記無線認証に基づいて、選択された携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を前記ユーザーのためにリリースするステップと、
前記ユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から放出するべき特定レベルのエネルギーを決定するステップと、
前記決定された特定のレベルで前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置からエネルギーを放出するように前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のセキュリティシステムを構成するステップと、
を有する方法。 - 無線Bluetoothプロトコル、NFC、RFIDの少なくとも一つに基づいて前記無線認証がなされる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- ユーザー識別装置、ユーザー識別キー、ユーザー識別カード、ユーザー識別媒体、クレジットカード、スマートカード、デビットカード、ギフトカード、プリペイドカード、運転免許証、携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の少なくとも一つの無線通信に基づいて、前記無線認証がなされる、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 命令を記憶する一時的ではないコンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記命令は、少なくとも1つのコンピュータシステムによって実行された際に、前記少なくとも1つのコンピュータシステムに、
携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置において、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置のコントローラによって、ユーザーから携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置に対する要求と、前記ユーザーのユーザープロファイルとを受け取ること、
前記受け取った要求に関して無線認証を行うこと、
前記無線認証に基づいて、選択された携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を前記ユーザーのためにリリースすること、
前記ユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から放出するべき特定レベルのエネルギーを決定すること、
前記決定された特定のレベルで前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置からエネルギーを放出するように前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のセキュリティシステムを構成すること、
を実行させる、媒体。 - 無線Bluetoothプロトコル、NFC、RFIDの少なくとも一つに基づいて前記無線認証がなされる、請求項24に記載の媒体。

前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置リリースシステムに結合されたセキュリティシステムと、
ユーザーインターフェイスと、
前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置充電器、前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置リリースシステム、前記ユーザーインターフェイス、及び前記セキュリティシステムに結合されたコントローラと、
を有し、
前記コントローラは、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサと、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサに結合された少なくとも1つの通信モジュールと、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサは、
携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の収集充電分配装置において、ユーザーからの携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置の要求に関して無線認証を行い、
前記無線認証に基づいて、選択された携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置を前記ユーザーのためにリリースし、
前記ユーザーからのユーザープロファイルに基づいて、前記ユーザーによって使用される前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置から放出するべき特定レベルのエネルギーを決定し、
前記決定された特定のレベルで前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置からエネルギーを放出するように前記携帯型電気エネルギー貯蔵装置のセキュリティシステムを構成する、
