Description
本実施の形態では、電気自動車に非常時を通知するための非常ボタン等の非常通知器112と非常を通知する情報をインターネット等のネットワークインタフェースに変換する非常通知信号変換器113と、警察署等の機関にインターネット等の情報ネットワークの終端を担うネットワーク終端回路161と、非常時充電の通知があった場合に充電場所と現在充電をおこなう充電場所の気候等の条件を考慮し非常時に相当するかを判断し充電管理センタ140に非常充電の可否を通知し車体番号等を管理する非常時充電可否判断サーバ162と、非常充電の可否と車体番号等を記録する非常時充電データベース163と、を有し、非常時と判断した場合には充電を可能とするように構成されているため、非常時の場合には、認証されない場合にもバッテリが充電できる。つまり、電気自動車利用者が充電をおこなう場合に、電気自動車利用者本人の認証ができない場合にも電気自動車利用者が非常ボタンを操作し非常を通知した場合には充電が可能となる。

Claims (4)
- 電気自動車のバッテリに充電するための利用者の認証が、当該電気自動車に接続される充電用電力線を介して電力線搬送通信により行われる電気自動車充電システムにおいて、
前記充電用電力線を介して情報ネットワークと結合するための回路として電気自動車側に第1のネットワーク終端回路を充電電力線側に第2のネットワーク終端回路を有し、
前記第2のネットワーク終端回路は、前記電気自動車側から前記電力線搬送通信により送信された情報を情報ネットワークを介してサーバに送信する場合には、当該情報に充電場所の位置情報を付加する手段を備える電気自動車充電システムであって、
前記電気自動車に備えられた非常通知器から出力された非常を通知する情報を、前記第1のネットワーク終端回路、前記充電用電力線、前記第2のネットワーク終端回路、及び前記情報ネットワークを介して受信する非常時充電可否判断サーバを備え、
前記非常時充電可否判断サーバは、前記非常を通知する情報を受信した場合に、前記位置情報に示される充電場所に関する条件に基づいて、非常時に相当するかを判断し、充電管理センタのサーバに非常充電の可否を示す情報を通知し、
前記充電管理センタのサーバは、前記通知された情報が非常時を示す場合には電源ONを示す電源制御信号を、前記非常通知をおこなった電気自動車に対して送信することを特徴とする電気自動車充電システム。 - 前記非常時充電可否判断サーバは、前記非常を通知する情報を受信した場合に、前記位置情報に示される場所の気象情報または災害状況に基づいて、非常時に相当するかを判断し、充電管理センタのサーバに非常充電の可否を示す情報を通知することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車充電システム。
- 盗難車車体番号の情報を記録している盗難車車体番号データベースと前記盗難車車体番号データベースに記録されている盗難車車体番号の情報と電気自動車のバッテリ充電をおこなう前記車体番号により盗難車を照合する盗難車照合サーバとを備え、
前記盗難車照合サーバは、前記盗難車の発見及び位置特定をおこなうことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気自動車充電システム。 - 電力利用者の電力使用量から電気料金を計算し管理する電気料金サーバと、
前記電力利用者の電力使用量と電力料金情報を記録している電気料金データベースと、
を備え、
前記電気料金サーバは、充電管理センタのサーバから、電気自動車のバッテリ充電に使用した電力量を登録者ごと利用ごとの充電電力量、充電場所、充電開始完了日時の情報を取得し、まとめて電気料金を計算し管理する手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の電気自動車充電システム。
