Abstract
본 고안은 전기자동차의 시동확인장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 전기자동차에서 모터와 축전지간에 전기적인 접속이 완료되었음을 알리는 전기자동차의 시동확인장치를 제공함에 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 이루기 위한 본 고안은 축전지와 모터를 서로 연결시키기 위한 시동스위치(10)와, 축전지의 전원이 모터에 연결된것을 감지하는 시스템제어기(20)와, 시스템제어기(20)의 제어에 따라 작동되는 멜로디발생장치(30)와, 멜로디발생장치(30)에 의해 발생된 신호를 운전자에게 들리도록 하는 스피커(40)를 포함하여 이루어져 시동이 완료되었음을 청각적으로 통지하여 확신을 줌으로써 심리적 안정에 도움을 줄 수 있다.
Description
본 고안은 전기자동차의 시동확인장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전기자동차에서 모터와 축전지간에 전기적인 접속이 완료되었음을 알리는 전기자동차의 시동확인장치에 관한 것이다.
전기자동차는 소음이 적고 배기가스가 전혀 발생되지 않기 때문에 내연기관에 의한 공해문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 연구가 행해져서 급속한 발전을 이루고 있다. 일반적으로 전기자동차는 일반전원으로 부터 충전기를 통해 충전된 축전지를 동력원으로 전동기의 구동을 제어하여 발생된 구동력으로 휠을 회전시킴으로써 차량이 주행할 수 있도록 하는 구조를 가진다.
그리고, 전지자동차에서 사용되는 전기장치 즉, 램프류나 전장품등은 내연기관에서 사용하는 것을 그대로 사용하기 있기에 축전지의 전압을 강압하여 얻은 전원을 공급받는다. 이때 강압된 전원은 보조밧데리를 충전하여 전장품등에 일정한 전원이 공급되도록 되어있다.
전기자동차에는 플라이휠이나 아이들링이라는 개념없이 축전지의 전원을 모터에 공급될 수 있도록 하는 것이기 때문에 내연기관처럼 엔진음으로 시동이 걸렸는지 확인할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 전기자동차에 시동이 걸렸음을 청각적 수단으로 운전자에게 알리도록 하는 전기자동차의 시동확인장치를 제공함에 있다.
도1은 본 고안에 의한 전기자동차의 시동확인장치를 나타낸 회로구성도이다.

상기와 같은 목적을 이루기 위한 본 고안은 축전지와 모터를 서로 연결시키기 위한 시동스위치와, 축전지의 전원이 모터에 연결된것을 감지하는 시스템제어기와, 시스템제어기의 제어에 따라 작동되는 멜로디발생장치와, 멜로디발생장치에 의해 발생된 신호를 운전자에게 들리도록 하는 스피커를 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기와 같이 이루어진 본 고안의 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
시동스위치를 작동시켜 축전지의 전원이 모터로 공급될 수 있도록 하면 시스템제어기에서 이를 감지한다. 이 때 시동이 완료되었으면 멜로디발생장치를 작동시켜 스피커를 통해 소리가 나도록 한다.
이하, 본 고안을 구체적으로 실현하기 위한 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다. 또한 본 실시예는 본 고안의 권리범위를 한정하는 것은 아니고, 단지 예시로 제시된 것이다.
도1은 본 고안에 의해 이루어진 전기자동차의 시동확인장치를 구체적으로 실현한 실시예를 나타낸 블록구성도이다.
도1에 도시된 바와 같이 전기자동차를 시동시키기 위한 시동스위치(10)와, 시동스위치(10)에 의해 축전지의 전원이 모터로 공급되도록 회로가 연결되었는가를 판단하는 시스템제어기(20)와, 시스템제어기(20)의 출력에 따라 소리를 발하도록 하는 멜로디발생장치(30)와, 멜로디발생장치(30)에 의해 출력된 신호를 들을 수 있도록 하는 스피커(40)로 이루어진다.
또한 청각적인 수단외에도 램프를 통한 시각적 수단으로 시동이 완료되었음을 표시할 수도 있다.
상기와 같이 이루어진 본 실시예의 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
전기자동차는 내연기관과 달리 플라이휘일이나 아이들링이라는 엔진의 회전음이 없고 시동스위치(10)에 의해 시동을 걸면 축전지의 고전압이 모터로 공급될 수 있도록 서로 연결시켜 줌으로써 시동이 완료된다. 그러면 시스템제어기(20)에서 축전지의 전원이 모터로 공급되고 있음을 판단하여 멜로디발생장치(30)를 작동시켜 스피커(40)를 통해 소리를 발하도록 함으로써 운전자에게 보다 정확하게 시동이 걸렸음을 알릴 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 고안은 전기자동차의 시동시 시동이 완료되었음을 청각적인 수단으로 알림으로써 운전자가 보다 정확하게 시동이 완료되었음을 알 수 있음으로써 심리적 안정을 줄 수 있다는 이점이 있다.

- 축전지와 모터를 서로 연결시키기 위한 시동스위치(10)와,축전지의 전원이 모터에 연결된것을 감지하는 시스템제어기(20)와,상기 시스템제어기(20)의 제어에 따라 작동되는 멜로디발생장치(30)와,상기 멜로디발생장치(30)에 의해 발생된 신호를 운전자에게 들리도록 하는 스피커(40)를 포함하여 이루어진 전기자동차의 시동확인장치.
