また、請求項3に記載の発明は、請求項1または2に記載の給電コントローラにおいて、前記記憶部は、ユーザの操作に基づいて、前記複数の車両のそれぞれの車両IDに優先度の情報を関連付けて記憶可能であることを特徴とする。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1に、本実施形態に係る給電システムの構成を示す。この給電システムは、複数の充電器1、切替回路2、給電側通信部3、および家屋4内に備えられた給電コントローラ5を含んでおり、複数のプラグイン充電車両6に対して充電を行うようになっている。
操作部51は、給電システムおよびプラグイン充電車両6のユーザの操作を受け付け、受け付けた操作の内容を示す信号を制御部55に出力する装置である。
事例1では、給電条件記憶部54に記録された給電条件情報が図3のようになっており、かつ、プラグイン充電車両としての車両Aがまず充電器1のうちいずれか1つ(以下、充電器Pという)に接続され、その後、車両Aが充電器Pに接続されたまま、車両Bが複数の充電器1のうち充電器P以外の1つ(以下、充電器Qとうい)に接続される。したがって、本事例においては、車両Aが第1の車両に相当し、車両Bが第2の車両に相当し、充電器Pが第1の充電器に相当し、充電器Qが第2の充電器に相当する。
(1)待ち行列データ20中の充電器エンティティの優先度の有効期間が終わった。
(2)無効ボックスデータ30中の充電器エンティティの優先度の有効期間が始まった。
すなわち、経時変化によって優先度の効力の有無に変化が起こったか否かを判定する。本事例においては、無効ボックスデータ30中に充電器エンティティはなく、待ち行列データ20中の充電器Pの充電器エンティティの優先度には有効期間の限定はないので、上記(1)、(2)とも発生せず、続いてステップ260に進む。
次に、事例2における給電システムの作動について説明する。本事例2では、給電条件記憶部54に記録された給電条件情報が図3のようになっており、かつ、車両Bがまず充電器Pに接続され、その後、車両Bが充電器Pに接続されたまま、車両Aが充電器Qに接続される。つまり、本事例2は、車両Aと車両Bの接続順序が事例1と異なる。したがって、本事例2においては、車両Bが第1の車両に相当し、車両Aが第2の車両に相当し、充電器Pが第1の充電器に相当し、充電器Qが第2の充電器に相当する。
次に、事例3における給電システムの作動について説明する。本事例3では、給電条件記憶部54に記録された給電条件情報が図3のようになっている。そして、深夜電力時間帯の前に、車両Cがまず充電器Pに接続され、その後、深夜電力時間帯の前に、車両Cが充電器Pに接続されたまま、車両Bが充電器Qに接続される、そしてその後、深夜時間帯が訪れる。したがって、本事例3においては、車両Cが第1の車両に相当し、車両Bが第2の車両に相当し、充電器Pが第1の充電器に相当し、充電器Qが第2の充電器に相当する。
次に、事例4における給電システムの作動について説明する。本事例4では、給電条件記憶部54に記録された給電条件情報が図3のようになっている。そして、車両Dが、休日の朝から夜にかけて以外は、充電器Pに接続され、車両Bが、平日の夜間には毎日充電器Qに接続される。
次に、本発明の第2実施形態について、第1実施形態との違いを中心に説明する。本実施形態が第1実施形態と異なるのは、本実施形態では、個々の車両に優先度を関連付けるのではなく、個々の充電器に優先度を関連付け、それら充電器の優先度に応じて、充電の優先度を決定する点である。
事例5では、給電条件記憶部54に記録された給電条件情報が図14のようになっており、かつ、プラグイン充電車両としての車両Bがまず充電器Qに接続され、その後、車両Bが充電器Qに接続されたまま、車両Aが充電器Pに接続される。したがって、本事例においては、充電器Qが第1の充電器に相当し、充電器Pが第2の充電器に相当する。
以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明の範囲は、上記実施形態のみに限定されるものではなく、本発明の各発明特定事項の機能を実現し得る種々の形態を包含するものである。

Claims (3)
- 車両が接続可能な複数の充電器のうち、切り替え可能に選択した1つの充電器に対して
電力供給線を接続させる切替回路、を制御する給電コントローラであって、
複数の車両のそれぞれの車両IDに優先度の情報を関連付けて記憶可能な記憶部と、
前記複数の充電器のいずれかに接続される複数の車両のそれぞれから、当該車両の車両IDを受信する車両ID受信手段と、
前記複数の車両のそれぞれが前記複数の充電器のうち互いに異なる1つに同時に接続されているときに、その時点で前記記憶部において前記複数の車両から受信した車両IDのうち最も高い優先度が関連付けられた車両IDに基づいて、当該車両IDに対応する1つの車両が接続している1つの充電器に対して優先的に電力供給線を接続させるよう前記切替回路を制御する制御部と、を備え、
前記記憶媒体に記憶可能な優先度には、当該優先度の有効期間を深夜時間帯に限定することができるようになっており、
前記制御部は、前記複数の車両のうち第1の車両が前記複数の充電器のうち第1の充電
器に接続されており且つ前記切替回路が前記電力供給線を前記第1の充電器に接続させて
いるときに前記複数の車両のうち第2の車両が前記複数の充電器のうち第2の充電器に新
たに接続された場合、前記記憶部において前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度が前記記憶部において前記第2の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度よりも高ければ、前記切替回路による前記電力供給線の接続先を前記第1の充電器のままとし、前記第2の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度が前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度よりも高ければ、前記切替回路による前記電力供給線の接続先を前記第2の充電器に切り替え、
更に前記制御部は、前記複数の車両のうち1つが前記複数の充電器の1つに接続しているとき、その時点で前記記憶媒体において当該1つの車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度の有効期間に相当する深夜時間帯でない場合、当該1つの充電器以外の充電器に車両が接続されているか否かに関わらず、前記電力供給線の接続先を当該1つの充電器とすることを禁止することを特徴とする給電コントローラ。 - 前記制御部は、前記複数の車両のうち第1の車両が前記複数の充電器のうち第1の充電
器に接続されていると共に前記複数の車両のうち第2の車両が前記複数の充電器のうち第
2の充電器に接続されており、且つ、前記記憶部において前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度に有効期間が限定されていると共に前記第2の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度に有効期間が限定されていない場合、前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度の有効期間外においては、前記切替回路が前記電力供給線を前記第2の充電器に接続させるようにし、その後、前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度の有効期間に入ると、前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度が前記第2の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度よりも高ければ、前記切替回路による前記電力供給線の接続先を前記第1の充電器に切り替え、前記第2の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度が前記第1の車両の車両IDに関連付けられた優先度よりも高ければ、前記切替回路による前記電力供給線の接続先を前記第2の充電器のままとすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の給電コントローラ。 - 前記記憶部は、ユーザの操作に基づいて、前記複数の車両のそれぞれの車両IDに優先度の情報を関連付けて記憶可能であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の給電コントローラ。
