Description
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つの変位可能な動作部材を有する装置を製造する方法であって、箔が型に配置され、少なくとも1つの高分子が前記型に射出されて、前記箔に接着する筺体壁を形成し、前記変位可能な動作部材は、前記筺体壁における穴の上に延在する少なくとも1つの前記箔の柔軟な部分を有する方法において、前記箔は前記型に挿入され、その後に前記少なくとも1つの高分子が前記型に射出されて、前記穴を備えた前記筺体壁を形成して、前記穴に配置された支持要素を形成し、前記支持要素と前記筺体壁との間には間隙が備えられ、前記支持要素は、少なくとも前記間隙の近くにおける外側領域において、前記筺体壁と前記箔との間の接着力に比べて低減された接着力で前記箔に接着し、前記装置を前記型から取り除いた後、前記支持要素と前記箔の柔軟な部分とが、前記低減された接着力の位置において相互に離されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記支持要素と前記箔の柔軟な部分とは、前記筺体壁に対して前記動作部材を変位させることにより前記低減された接着力の位置において相互に離されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記支持要素と前記箔の柔軟な部分とは、前記装置を加熱することにより前記低減された接着力の位置において相互に離されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記支持要素は、前記箔と前記筺体壁との間の接着力と同様の接着力により、前記支持要素の中心領域の近くにおいて前記箔の柔軟な部分と接着することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記支持要素の外側領域は、前記低減された接着力を提供する半接着剤により前記箔の柔軟な部分と接着することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記箔は、前記間隙の少なくとも一部においても前記半接着剤を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記筺体及び前記支持要素は、単一の高分子から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 変位可能な動作部材を含む装置であって、前記装置は、
穴を持つ筺体壁と、
前記筺体壁に接着された箔であって、前記穴の上に平らに延在する柔軟な部分を持つ前記箔と、
前記箔の前記柔軟な部分の下の前記穴において移動できるように配置された支持要素と、
を有し、
前記支持要素は、前記箔の前記柔軟な部分の対応する一の領域に取り外しできないように接着された第1の領域と、接着材料によって、前記箔の前記柔軟な部分の対応する他の領域に取り外しできるように接着された、前記第1の領域の周囲にある第2の領域とを持ち、
前記箔の前記柔軟な部分と前記支持要素とが、協働して、前記変位可能な動作部材を形成している、装置。 - 前記支持要素は円筒形の形状を持ち、前記支持要素の前記第2の領域は環状であり且つ前記支持要素に対して同心に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記支持要素と前記筺体壁とは、ブリッジによって互いに接続されたことを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の装置。
- 前記支持要素の前記第2の領域に半接着剤が存在することを特徴とする、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記支持要素の前記第2の領域において、前記箔の前記柔軟な部分に半接着剤が存在することを特徴とする、請求項8乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記筺体壁及び前記支持要素の前記第1の領域は共に、接着剤により前記箔に接着していることを特徴とする、請求項8乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置はシェーバであることを特徴とする、請求項8乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
