Claims (14)
- 直方体開口を規定するプリプレグ基板の少なくとも1つの内層と;
前記直方体開口の周りに配設されたプリプレグ基板の少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層と;
プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの内層とプリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層との間に配設された1つ以上の構造パネルと;
を備え、
前記プリプレグ基板の少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層が、当該少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層の外表面から前記直方体開口の中心線までの距離よりも大きい曲率半径を有することを特徴とする無人航空機(UAV)発射筒。 - 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの内層は、エポキシプリプレグKevlar(商標)を備えることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層は、エポキシプリプレグKevlar(商標)を備えることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、前記1つ以上の構造パネルは、バルサ材を備えることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、前記1つ以上の構造パネルは、4つの構造パネルを備え、各構造パネルは、円筒状セグメントを備え、各構造パネルは、コード長および円筒高さにより画定される平坦表面を有し、各平坦表面は、隣の平坦表面に対して直角に配設され、各構造パネルは、第1の側方縁および第2の側方縁を有し、第1の構造パネルの前記第1の側方縁は、第2の構造パネルの第1の側方縁に対して近接しているが接触しておらず、前記第1の構造パネルの前記第2の側方縁は、第3の構造パネルの第1の側方縁に対して近接しているが接触しておらず、第4の構造パネルの前記第1の側方縁は、第2の構造パネルの第2の側方縁に対して近接しているが接触しておらず、前記第4の構造パネルの前記第2の側方縁は、第3の構造パネルの第2の側方縁に対して近接しているが接触しておらず、前記4つの構造パネルの各々は、プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの内層とプリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層との間に配設されていることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、
プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの内層により形成された内壁と;
前記直方体開口内にUAVを係合させるように構成されたテザ付きサボであって、前記テザ付きサボは、前記内壁において圧力シールを提供するように寸法決めされるとともに前記内壁に繋がれている、テザ付きサボと;
をさらに備えることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。 - 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層がプリプレグ基板の複数の外層を具え、プリプレグ基板の複数の外層が断面図において実質的に卵形の外側周長を規定することを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、前記1つ以上の構造パネルがプリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層の各々の内側曲率半径と、プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの内層の各々との間に着座し延在するように構成されていることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項1に記載のUAV発射筒において、プリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの湾曲した外層が前記直方体開口の4つの角部の各々でプリプレグ基板の前記少なくとも1つの内層と接触していることを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 請求項6に記載のUAV発射筒において、前記テザ付きサボは、中空であり、高圧ボリュームに向けて配向された開放端と、前記サボの中空部内に取り付けられるとともに前記高圧ボリュームを保持する前記内壁に取り付けられたテザとを有することを特徴とするUAV発射筒。
- 通信ノードと;
発射前状態において、前記通信ノードから1つ以上の命令入力を受信するように構成された請求項1に記載の無人航空機(UAV)発射筒と;
を備える、UAVシステム。 - 請求項11に記載のUAVシステムにおいて、発射前状態における前記UAVは、さらに、受信したクエリ信号に応答してUAVステータスデータを通信ノードに送信するように構成されていることを特徴とするUAVシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のUAVシステムにおいて、前記UAVの無線周波数(RF)アンテナは、前記発射筒のボリューム内に収容されていることを特徴とするUAVシステム。
- 請求項11に記載のUAVシステムにおいて、前記システムは、さらに、RF信号を受信するように構成された発射推進システムを備えることを特徴とするUAVシステム。
