Description
Claims (15)
- 被加工物(3)、特に軌道のレールの切削加工方法であって、軸線(9)を中心にして回動するように駆動可能な支持体(4)に保持具(5)を用いて配置されている少なくとも1つの幾何的に規定された切刃(2)が、軸線(9)を中心にして軌道(15)上を移動し、前記被加工物(3)の切削加工中は真っ直ぐな軌道に沿って移動する方法において、前記切刃(2)が前記保持具(5)と共に、前記支持体(4)に対して相対移動することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記軌道(15)上での前記切刃(2)の移動が、軸線(9)に対する前記切刃(2)の間隔を広げていくさらなる移動によって重畳されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 重畳されたさらなる移動によって、前記切刃(2)が前記軌道(15)から外へ移動することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記切刃(2)が、移動の際には軸線(9)の周りの前記軌道(15)上を回転し、かつ/または円軌道上を移動することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 被加工物(3)、特に軌道のレールを切削加工するための幾何的に規定された切刃(2)を備えており、回動するように駆動可能な支持体(4)を備えており、前記切刃(2)が保持具(5)を用いて前記支持体に配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するための装置において、前記切刃(2)が前記保持具と共に、前記支持体(4)に対して相対的に移動可能に前記支持体(4)に配置されていることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 前記装置(1)が作動体(7)を備えており、前記作動体を用いて、前記切刃(2)および/または前記保持具をその軌道(15)から外へ偏向できることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記支持体(4)が、軸線(9)の周りを回転して円軌道上を移動可能な物体として、特に車輪またはディスクとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記作動体(7)が、前記支持体(4)の前記軌道(15)の内側で、スライドおよび/または自由に回転するよう前記支持体(4)に当てがえるように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置(1)が複数の作動体(7)を備えており、前記作動体と、前記支持体(4)または前記切刃(2)の前記軌道とのそれぞれの間隔が、互いに独立に調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項6または8に記載の装置。
- 前記切刃(2)の食込み深さが、前記調整可能な作動体(7)により、前記被加工物(3)の加工中に変更できることを特徴とする請求項6、8および9のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記保持具(5)が突出部(6)を備えたプランジャとして実施されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜10のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記支持体(4)に、多数の切刃(2)が相前後しておよび/または並んで、特に相互にずれて配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜11のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置(1)が、特に軌道のレールの形に形成された前記被加工物(3)上を移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項5〜12のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 前記装置(1)がカバー(8)を備えることを特徴とする請求項5〜13のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
- 並んでおよび/または相前後して配置された前記切刃(2)が、前記被加工物(3)の断面形状に対応して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜14のいずれか一つに記載の装置(1)。
