Description
Claims (10)
- Schienenschleifmaschine (1) zum Abschleifen von Unregelmäßigkeiten an einer Schienenkopfoberfläche (9) eines Gleises, mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (3) abgestützten Maschinenrahmen (2) und einem mit diesem über Höhenverstellantriebe (17) verbundenen, über Spurkranzrollen (15) auf der Schiene (10) abrollbaren und mindestens ein Schleifaggregat (18) lagernden Führungsrahmen (14), wobei das Schleifaggregat ein mittels eines Andrückorgans (28) an die Schienenkopfoberfläche (9) anpreßbares und mit seinen Enden auf einer Vorrats- bzw. einer Sammelspule (26,27) aufrollbares Schleifband (25) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schleifaggregat (18) mitsamt der Vorrats- und der Sammelspule (26,27) und dem Andrückorgan (28) auf einem Werkzeugrahmen (19) angeordnet ist, der auf mit dem Führungsrahmen (14) verbundenen, in Maschinenlängsrichtung und horizontal bzw. parallel zur Schienenoberkante verlaufenden Führungssäulen (20) verschiebbar gelagert ist, und daß das Schleifaggregat (18) mit dem Führungsrahmen (14) über eine Antriebsvorrichtung (21) für eine oszillierende, der Vorfahrt der Maschine (1) überlagerte Arbeitsbewegung verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spurkranzrollen (15) mittels eines Antriebes (16) relativ zum Führungsrahmen (14) höhenverstellbar ausgebildet sind und dieser über die Höhenverstellantriebe (17) mit einer vertikalen Auflast beaufschlagbar ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugrahmen (19) über eine Pleuelstange (24) mit einem am Führungsrahmen (14) befestigten, als Antriebsvorrichtung (21) ausgebildeten Exzenterantrieb (22) verbunden ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrats- bzw. Sammelspule (26,27) blockierbar ausgebildet und jeweils um eine horizontale, in Maschinenquerrichtung verlaufende Achse (29) rotierbar und in vertikaler Richtung übereinander oberhalb des Andrückorgans (28) angeordnet sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Werkzeugrahmen (19) Umlenkrollen (31) für die Führung des Schleifbandes (25) vorgesehen sind.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Andrückorgan (28) als in Maschinenlängsrichtung bzw. parallel zur Schiene (10) verlaufender Anpreßschuh (32) ausgebildet ist, der an einer Kontaktfläche (33) mit dem Schleifband (25) ein dem gewünschten Querschnittsprofil der Schienenkopfoberfläche (9) entsprechendes Querschnittsprofil (38) aufweist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Kontaktfläche (33) des Anpreßschuhs (32) über die Kopfrundungen (37) der Schiene (10) bis zum vertikalen Bereich der Schienenkopfflanken (34) erstreckt.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bezüglich der Maschinenlängsrichtung unmittelbar vor und hinter dem Anpreßschuh (32) jeweils eine um eine in Maschinenquerrichtung verlaufende Achse (36) rotierbare und - in Arbeitsstellung des Schleifaggregates (18) - von der Schienenkopfoberfläche (9) geringfügig distanzierte Doppelspurkranzrolle (35) zur Längsführung des Schleifbandes (25) vorgesehen ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungsrahmen (14) mit zwei in Maschinenlängsrichtung hintereinander angeordneten, jeweils ein eigenes Schleifband (25) sowie eine eigene Antriebsvorrichtung (21) aufweisenden Schleifaggregaten (18) ausgestattet ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorratsspule (26) eine Bremseinrichtung (30) und der Sammelspule (27) ein Motor (39) für eine Rotation um die Achse (29) zugeordnet sind.
