Claims (14)
- 風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置であって、
風力タービンブレード(23)を収容するための吊上げフレーム(1)と、遠隔操作可能な解放機構を備えるクランプ装置(3,5)と、を有し、
前記クランプ装置は、
前記ブレード(23)の後縁(25)、前縁(27)、腹側、または背側を押し付けることができるように設計された、前記フレーム(1)に配置された座(3)と、
前記ブレード(23)に巻きつけて、前記フレーム(1)に固定することができるように設計され、前記解放機構により解放可能な、少なくとも1つのベルト(5)と、を有する、
ことを特徴とする吊上げ装置。 - 前記クランプ装置は、
前記少なくとも1つのベルト(5)の少なくとも一方の端部(9)を把持して、前記端部を前記フレーム(1)に固定するように構成された把持装置(7)をさらに有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのベルト(5)の一方の端部が、前記座(3)の一方の側で前記フレーム(1)に固定され、
前記把持装置(7)が、前記座(3)のもう一方の側に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。 - 前記クランプ装置は、
前記少なくとも1つのベルト(5)を締め付けて、前記ブレード(23)を前記座(3)に押し付けるように構成された締め付け装置をさらに有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つのベルト(5)の一方の端部が、前記座(3)の一方の側で前記フレーム(1)に固定され、
前記締め付け装置が、前記座(3)のもう一方の側に配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。 - 前記把持装置(7)が前記締め付け装置の一部であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。
- 前記締め付け装置が前記解放機構の一部であることを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1つに記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。
- 前記解放機構に、前記締め付け装置の締め付け動作を解除するための機構が含まれることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。
- 前記解放機構に、前記締め付け動作の解除を遠隔操作するための遠隔操作装置(8)が含まれることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。
- 前記クランプ装置は、前記ベルト(5)を2つ以上有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置を有する風力タービンブレード吊上げシステムであって、
クレーンブーム(35)を備え、
前記吊上げ装置が、
前記ブレードを地表から吊り上げたときに当該ブレードの姿勢がほぼ水平位置になるように制御するための制御ワイヤ(31)を介して、
前記クレーンブーム(35)に支持される、
ことを特徴とする風力タービンブレード吊上げシステム。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の風力タービンブレード吊上げ装置を有する吊上げシステムにより風力タービンブレード(23)を取り扱い、風力タービンタワーの上部のナセルに配置された風力タービンハブ(29)に前記ブレード(23)を取り付ける方法であって、
a)前記吊上げシステムによって、前記吊上げ装置に保持した前記ブレード(23)を吊上げ、このときに、前記ブレード(23)がほぼ水平位置をなすような姿勢とするステップと、
b)前記ほぼ水平位置にある前記ブレード(23)を前記風力タービンハブ(29)に固定するステップと、
c)前記吊上げ装置の解放機構を遠隔操作し、前記ブレード(23)から前記吊上げ装置を解放するステップと、
d)前記ブレード(23)から前記吊上げ装置を取り外すステップと、
を含む方法。 - 取付け中、前記ブレードの姿勢をほぼ水平方向に保つため、制御ワイヤを用いて前記吊上げ装置を前記吊上げシステムのクレーンブームで支持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吊上げシステムによって前記風力タービンハブ(29)を前記ナセルまで吊り上げて、前記ハブを前記ナセルに取り付けるステップ、
または、
前記吊上げシステムによって前記風力タービンハブ(29)と前記ナセルを一緒に吊り上げて、前記風力タービンタワーに前記ハブ(29)を含む前記ナセルを取り付けるステップ、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項12又は請求項13に記載の方法。
