Description
好ましくは、制御装置は、蓄電装置の出力電力がしきい値よりも小さいとき、電圧昇圧率を規定値以下に制限するように昇圧装置を制御する。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による負荷駆動装置が搭載される車両の一例として示されるハイブリッド車両の全体ブロック図である。図1を参照して、このハイブリッド車両100は、車輪2と、動力分割機構3と、エンジン4と、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2とを備える。また、ハイブリッド車両100は、蓄電装置Bと、昇圧コンバータ10と、インバータ20,30と、コンデンサC1,C2と、電源ラインPL1,PL2と、接地ラインSLと、電子制御装置(Electronic Control Unit;以下「ECU」とも称する。)60と、電圧センサ70,72,74と、電流センサ76,78,80と、温度センサ82,84とをさらに備える。

ここで、Pbは蓄電装置Bから出力される電力、PcはコンデンサC1,C2にチャージされる電力、PgはモータジェネレータMG1の実行電力、PmはモータジェネレータMG2の実行電力、Lcは昇圧コンバータ10における損失、Lgはインバータ20における損失、Lmはインバータ30における損失を表わす。
実施の形態1では、出力可能電力Pmaxがしきい電力Pthを下回っていると、昇圧コンバータ10の昇圧率を規定値以下に制限するように昇圧コンバータ10を制御するものとしたが、実施の形態2では、出力可能電力Pmaxがしきい電力Pthを下回っていると、昇圧コンバータ10を停止させる。
図8は、実施の形態3におけるエンジン始動時の昇圧コンバータ10の制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。図8を参照して、このフローチャートに示される処理は、図5に示したフローチャートにおいて、ステップS30〜S60に代えてステップS110を含む。すなわち、ステップS20において蓄電装置Bの温度TBが取得されると、エンジン始動制御部62は、その取得した温度TBが予め設定されたしきい値よりも低いか否かを判定する(ステップS110)。このしきい値は、蓄電装置Bの出力が大きく低下する適当な温度に設定することができる。
図9は、実施の形態4におけるエンジン始動時の昇圧コンバータ10の制御を説明するためのフローチャートである。図9を参照して、このフローチャートに示される処理は、図5に示したフローチャートにおいて、ステップS20〜S60に代えてステップS210,S220を含む。すなわち、ステップS10においてエンジン4の始動が要求されていると判定されると、エンジン始動制御部62は、温度センサ84からエンジン4の温度TEを取得する(ステップS210)。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関の出力軸に回転軸が連結された回転電機を駆動可能な負荷駆動装置であって、
蓄電装置と、
前記蓄電装置からの電圧を昇圧可能なように構成された昇圧装置と、
前記昇圧装置からの出力電圧を受けて前記回転電機を駆動する駆動装置と、
前記回転電機を駆動して前記内燃機関を始動するとき、前記昇圧装置による電圧昇圧率を規定値以下に制限するように前記昇圧装置を制御する制御装置とを備える負荷駆動装置。 - 前記規定値は、前記出力電圧が前記蓄電装置からの電圧と略同等になるように決定される、請求項1に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の始動時、前記昇圧装置を停止する、請求項1に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記蓄電装置の出力電力がしきい値よりも小さいとき、前記電圧昇圧率を前記規定値以下に制限するように前記昇圧装置を制御する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記しきい値は、前記回転電機によって前記内燃機関を始動するのに必要な電力に基づいて決定される、請求項4に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の始動時に前記蓄電装置の温度が規定温度よりも低いとき、前記電圧昇圧率を前記規定値以下に制限するように前記昇圧装置を制御する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記内燃機関の始動時に前記内燃機関の温度が規定温度よりも低いとき、前記電圧昇圧率を前記規定値以下に制限するように前記昇圧装置を制御する、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置。
- 内燃機関と、
前記内燃機関の出力軸に回転軸が接続された回転電機と、
前記回転電機を駆動可能な請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の負荷駆動装置とを備える車両。
