Description
図1を参照して、車両100は、バッテリBと、キャパシタ40と、エンジン4と、モータジェネレータM1,M2と、動力分配機構3と、車輪2と、制御装置30とを含む。
図1、図3を参照して、まず処理が開始されるとステップS11において制御装置30は、電圧センサ13を用いて測定した電圧VHを電圧VH0として内部のメモリに記憶する。
図4を参照して、バッテリ電圧VBが300Vであり、これが昇圧コンバータ12において400Vに昇圧されてインバータ14およびキャパシタ40に供給されている。この状態においてシステムメインリレーB−SMRP,B−SMRG,C−SMRP,C−SMRGはすべて導通状態である。
図1、図7を参照して、まずこのバッテリ側リレーのチェックの処理が開始されると、ステップS31において制御装置30は、システムメインリレーB−SMRPを導通状態から非導通状態に切換える。そしてステップS32においてモータを用いてディスチャージ処理が実行される。
Claims (5)
- 二次電池と、
前記二次電池の電圧を昇圧する電圧変換器と、
前記電圧変換器が昇圧した電圧が電極間に印加されるキャパシタと、
前記キャパシタの電圧を測定する第1の電圧センサと、
前記キャパシタと前記電圧変換器の出力との間に設けられ、前記キャパシタと前記電圧変換器との接続及び切離しを行なう第1の接続部と、
前記電圧変換器および前記第1の接続部の制御を行なう制御装置とを備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の接続部に切離し指示を行なった後に前記電圧変換器に出力の電圧を変更させて、前記第1の接続部が正常に切離されているか否かの判定を行ない、
前記第1の接続部は、
前記キャパシタの正極側を前記電圧変換器の正出力ノードと接続する第1のリレーと、
前記キャパシタの負極側を前記電圧変換器の負出力ノードと接続する第2のリレーとを含み、
前記制御装置は、車両を走行可能状態から走行不可能状態に切換える指示に応じて、前記第1、第2のリレーの一方に切離し指示を行なった後に前記電圧変換器の出力電圧を変更させて前記第1の電圧センサの出力を観測して第1回目の前記判定を行なう、車両駆動用電源システム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第1回目の判定を行なってから前記電圧変換器の出力電圧を元に戻して前記第1、第2のリレーを共に接続状態とし、前記第1、第2のリレーの他方に対して切離し指示を行なった後に前記電圧変換器の出力電圧を変更させて前記第1の電圧センサの出力を観測して第2回目の前記判定を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両駆動用電源システム。
- 前記二次電池と前記電圧変換器の入力との間に設けられ、前記二次電池と前記電圧変換器との接続及び分離を行なう第2の接続部をさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、車両を走行可能状態から走行不可能状態に切換える指示に応じて、前記第1の接続部が正常に切離されているか否かを判定した後に、前記第2の接続部の動作確認を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両駆動用電源システム。 - 前記電圧変換器の出力の電圧を検知する第2の電圧センサと、
前記電圧変換器の出力に接続される負荷とをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1の接続部の切離し状態が確認された後に、前記第2の接続部に切離し指示を与え、かつ前記負荷で電力消費させて前記第2の電圧センサの出力を観測して前記第2の接続部の切離し動作が正常に行なわれたか否かを判定する、請求項3に記載の車両駆動用電源システム。 - 前記キャパシタは、
直列接続される複数の電気二重層コンデンサを含む、請求項1に記載の車両駆動用電源システム。
