- Control device 30 further restores the output voltage of boost converter 12 to bring the system main relays C—SMRP and C—SMRG together. Control device 30 then disconnects from system main relay C—SMRG, changes the output voltage of boost converter 12 2, observes the output of voltage sensor 4 4, and makes the determination again. .

- the voltage is boosted to 40 OV in 12 and supplied to the inverter 14 and the capacitor 40.
- step S12 is followed by step S12.
- the control device 30 is connected to the system main relay C—SMR.
- step S 12 the control device 30 sets the boost command voltage to VHO + X for the boost converter 12.
- boost converter 12 increases voltage VH supplied to inverter 14 to 450V.
- the capacitor The current IC does not flow and the voltage VC of the capacitor 40 does not change from the case of FIG. 4 and maintains the state of 400 V.
- X 50V, but considering the impedance of the capacitor, it is desirable that the value of X be about 50 V to: L 00 V. Also, the value of X may be a negative value of about 50 V to 1: L 00 V.
- step S14 it is determined in step S14 in FIG. 3 whether the capacitor voltage VC has increased or the capacitor current IC has increased. If an increase in voltage VC or an increase in current I C is detected, the process proceeds to step S 15, and the control device 30 determines that the system main, laser C—SMRP is welded. Then, the process proceeds from step S15 to step S16.

- step S 19 it is determined in step S 19 in FIG. 3 whether the capacitor voltage V C has increased or the capacitor current I C has increased. If an increase in voltage V C or an increase in current I C is detected, the process proceeds to step S 2 0; otherwise, the process proceeds directly to step S 2 1. In step S 20, control device 30 determines that system main relay C 1 S MR G is welded. Then, the process proceeds from step S 2 0 to step S 21. '
- step S 21 system main relay C—SM P is switched from the conductive state to the non-conductive state.
- Capacitor 40 is in a state where both the positive electrode and the negative electrode are raised.
- FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing the process of step S3 of FIG. 2 in more detail. .
- control device 30 turns system main relay B—SMRP from the conductive state to the non-conductive state. Switch to state.

- FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the discharge process in step S 32 in FIG.
- in motor generator Ml inverter 14 is controlled so that the shaft current that generates rotational torque does not flow and the d-axis current that does not generate rotational torque flows to the stator coil.
- the electric charge charged in the capacitor C 2 is consumed, and the voltage VH drops to near 0 V.
- system main relay B—SMRP is welded and not in the non-conductive state, Since the battery current IB as shown flows and is supplied to the inverter 14, the voltage VH does not drop easily.
- step S3 3 in FIG. 7 it is determined whether or not the negative pressure VH is smaller than the predetermined threshold value. If the voltage Vfi is not smaller than the threshold value, the process proceeds to step S34, and the system Controller 30 determines that main relay B—SMRP is welded. Then, the process proceeds from step S 3 4 to step S 3 5. On the other hand, if the voltage VH is lower than the threshold value in step S 3 3, it is considered that the system main relay B—SMRP is not welded, so the process proceeds directly to step S 35.
- step S 35 control is transferred to the flowchart in FIG.
- the system main relay B—SMRG is checked when the vehicle is started.
- the power supply system controls the boost converter provided between the battery and the capacitor to perform welding determination of the capacitor-side relay. As a result, the determination time can be shortened when both the capacitor-side relay and the battery-side relay are determined.
- the charge of the smoothing capacitor C2 is discharged after disconnecting the large-capacity capacitor, so the battery-side relay welding determination itself The time is also short.

VC、 電 し I B, I Cの各値、 モータ電流値 MCRT 1 MCRT 2および起動信号 I GONを受ける。
