Claims (8)
- 車両側に搭載した車両側電力線通信部と宅内に設置した宅側電力線通信部とが、前記車両へ供給する電力を伝送する送電部を介して通信を行なう電力線通信システムであって、
前記送電部は、
複数の固定接点を有するとともに前記車両へ供給する電力を通電もしくは遮断するための機械式リレーを備え、
前記宅側電力線通信部は、
前記送電部へ通信を開始するための通信要求信号を送信し、
前記車両側電力線通信部は、
前記宅側電力線通信部が送信した前記通信要求信号を前記機械式リレーの開放された前記固定接点間の電磁波の伝播を通信路として受信したとき、前記機械式リレーを通電させた後に通信を開始する
電力線通信システム。 - 前記車両側電力線通信部は、
通信を開始するに先立ち通信開始信号を前記送電部へ送信し、
前記宅側電力線通信部は、
前記通信要求信号を送信した後、所定時間経過後までに前記車両側電力線通信部が送信した前記通信開始信号を受信できない場合、前回前記通信要求信号を送信した際よりも送信電力を大きくして前記通信要求信号を再送する
請求項1に記載の電力線通信システム。 - 前記宅側電力線通信部は、
前記通信要求信号を再送したときには、前記車両側電力線通信部と通信を開始した際に、前記通信要求信号を再送したときの送信電力よりも小さい電力で通信を行なう
請求項2に記載の電力線通信システム。 - 前記車両側電力線通信部は、
前記宅側電力線通信部との通信が終了した後は、前記機械式リレーを遮断する
請求項1に記載の電力線通信システム。 - 前記送電部は、
漏電を検出する漏電検出部をさらに備え、
前記車両側電力線通信部は、
前記機械式リレーを通電させて通信を開始した後に前記漏電検出部が漏電を検出したときは、前記機械式リレーを遮断し、
前記宅側電力線通信部は、
前記機械式リレーを遮断する前よりも送信電力を大きくする
請求項1に記載の電力線通信システム。 - 前記車両側電力線通信部は、
前記機械式リレーを遮断した後、前記機械式リレーを遮断する前と比べて送信電力を大きくして通信を行なう
請求項5に記載の電力線通信システム。 - 前記車両側電力線通信部は、
前記機械式リレーを遮断した後、前記宅側電力線通信部から前記宅側電力線通信部の送信電力の値を受信して、この値と同じ送信電力で通信を行なう
請求項5に記載の電力線通信システム。 - 複数の固定接点を有するとともに車両へ供給する電力を通電もしくは遮断するための機械式リレーを備えた送電部を介して、宅内に設置した宅側電力線通信部と通信を行なう車両であって、
前記宅側電力線通信部が送信した通信要求信号を前記機械式リレーの開放された前記固定接点間の電磁波の伝播を通信路として受信したとき、前記機械式リレーを通電させた後に通信を開始する車両側電力線通信部を備えた
車両。
