車両100の電源装置は、バッテリBAと、モータジェネレータMG1,MG2を駆動するインバータ14,22に給電を行なう電源ラインPL2と、バッテリBAと電源ラインPL2との間を結ぶ経路上に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう昇圧コンバータ12Aとを含む。車両100の電源装置は、さらに、バッテリBBと、バッテリBBと電源ラインPL2との間に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう昇圧コンバータ12Bと、バッテリBBと昇圧コンバータ12Bとの間に設けられ、電気的な接続状態と遮断状態の切換えを行なう接続部であるシステムメインリレーSMR4と、接続部と昇圧コンバータ12Bを結ぶ経路に結合されたコンデンサC2と、昇圧コンバータ12A,12Bおよび接続部の制御を行なう制御装置30とを含む。制御装置30は、起動指示IGONを受けた場合に、昇圧コンバータ12AをバッテリBAから電源ラインPL2に給電が行なわれコンデンサCHに充電が行なわれるように制御し、かつ昇圧コンバータ12Bを電源ラインPL2からコンデンサC2の充電が行なわれるように制御し、コンデンサC2の充電が完了した後にシステムメインリレーSMR4を遮断状態から接続状態に切換える。
図4は、図2のフローチャートの変形例である。このフローチャートの処理は、所定のメインルーチンから一定時間経過ごとまたは所定の条件が成立するごとに呼び出されて実行される。
実施の形態2で説明する車両の電源装置は、図1で説明した車両の電源装置の構成において、接地ライン側の2つのシステムメインリレーを1つに集約したものである。
図6を参照して、車両200の電源装置は、バッテリBAと、バッテリBAと電源ラインPL2との間に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう昇圧コンバータ12Aとを含む。インバータ14,22は、電源ラインPL2から給電され、それぞれモータジェネレータMG1,MG2を駆動する。
図7の波形図は、図3に示した実施の形態1のバッテリ電圧VAがバッテリ電圧VBとあまり差が無い場合の例において、システムメインリレーSMR5がシステムメインリレーSMR3と兼用されたものである。したがって、システムメインリレーSMR5の波形が削除されている他は実施の形態1で説明しているので、説明は繰返さない。
図8の波形図は、図5に示した実施の形態1のバッテリ電圧VAがバッテリ電圧VBよりも高い場合の例において、システムメインリレーSMR5がシステムメインリレーSMR3と兼用されたものである。したがって、システムメインリレーSMR5の波形が削除されている他は実施の形態1で説明しているので、説明は繰返さない。
Claims (7)
- 第1の蓄電装置と、
モータを駆動するインバータに給電を行なう電源ラインと、
前記第1の蓄電装置と前記電源ラインとの間に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう第1の電圧変換器と、
第2の蓄電装置と、
前記第2の蓄電装置と前記電源ラインとの間に設けられ、電圧変換を行なう第2の電圧変換器と、
前記第2の蓄電装置と前記第2の電圧変換器との間に設けられ、電気的な接続状態と遮断状態の切換えを行なう接続部と、
前記接続部と前記第2の電圧変換器を結ぶ経路に結合されたコンデンサと、
前記第1、第2の電圧変換器および前記接続部の制御を行なう制御装置とを備え、前記制御装置は、起動指示を受けた場合に、前記第1の電圧変換器を前記第1の蓄電装置から前記電源ラインに給電が行なわれるように制御し、かつ前記第2の電圧変換器を前記電源ラインから前記コンデンサの充電が行なわれるように制御し、前記コンデンサの充電が完了した後に前記接続部を前記遮断状態から前記接続状態に切換える、車両の電源装置。 - 前記コンデンサの充電状態を検知するセンサをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記センサの出力に応じて前記コンデンサの充電が完了したか否かの判断を行なう、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第2の蓄電装置の電圧を検知する第1の電圧センサと、
前記コンデンサの充電電圧を検知する第2の電圧センサとをさらに備え、
前記制御装置は、前記第1、第2の電圧センサの出力を受け、前記第2の蓄電装置の電圧と前記コンデンサの充電電圧との差が所定値以上である間は前記接続部を接続状態に切換えることを禁止する、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1の蓄電装置と前記第1の電圧変換器との間に設けられる第1のリレーと、
前記第1のリレーと直列に接続された電流制限素子と、
前記直列に接続された前記第1のリレーおよび前記電流制限素子に対して並列的に設けられる第2のリレーとをさらに備え、
前記接続部は、
第3のリレーを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記起動指示を受けると第1のリレーを導通させて前記コンデンサに充電を行なわせた後に、前記第2、第3のリレーを非導通状態から導通状態に切換える、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1の蓄電装置の正極と前記第1の電圧変換器との間に設けられる第1の正側リレーと、
前記第1の正側リレーと直列に接続された電流制限素子と、
前記直列に接続された前記第1の正側リレーおよび前記電流制限素子に対して並列的に設けられる第2の正側リレーと、
前記第1の蓄電装置の負極と前記第1の電圧変換器との間に設けられる第1の負側リレーとをさらに備え、
前記接続部は、
前記第2の蓄電装置の正極と前記第2の電圧変換器との間に設けられる前記第3の正側リレーと、
前記第2の蓄電装置の負極と前記第2の電圧変換器との間に設けられる第2の負側リレーとを含む、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記電源装置は、
前記第1の蓄電装置の負極と前記第2の蓄電装置の負極とがともに接続される負極ラインと、
前記第1の電圧変換器と前記第2の電圧変換器がともに接続される接地ラインと、
前記負極ラインと前記接地ラインとの間に設けられる負側リレーと、
前記第1の蓄電装置の正極と前記第1の電圧変換器との間に設けられる第1の正側リレーと、
前記第1の正側リレーと直列に接続された電流制限素子と、
前記直列に接続された前記第1の正側リレーおよび前記電流制限素子に対して並列的に設けられる第2の正側リレーとをさらに備え、
前記接続部は、
前記第2の蓄電装置の正極と前記第2の電圧変換器との間に設けられる前記第3の正側リレーを含む、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電源装置を搭載する車両。
