Abstract
【解決手段】 車両の電源装置は、第1の蓄電装置であるバッテリB1と、第2の蓄電装置であるバッテリB2と、車両負荷と、第1、第2の蓄電装置の一方を選択して車両負荷に接続する選択スイッチRY0と、選択スイッチRY0に流れる電流が所定値より大きい場合には、車両負荷を制御して選択スイッチRY0に流れる電流を所定値より小さくして選択スイッチを切換える制御装置60とを備える。好ましくは、制御装置60は、選択スイッチRY0を切換える際にモータジェネレータMG2で発生される電力とモータジェネレータMG1で消費される電力とが均衡するようにインバータ20,30を制御する。

図15を参照して、寿命を縮めないように、蓄電池はSOCの範囲がたとえば40〜80%で使用されるように管理されている。時刻t0において蓄電池のSOCが60%であるときには、充電可能な容量は20%しかない。
好ましくは、第2の蓄電装置よりも第1の蓄電装置のほうが出力可能最大電力が大きい。
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1に係る車両の概略ブロック図である。
電圧センサ73は、コンデンサC1の両端の電圧、すなわち、昇圧コンバータ10の入力電圧VLを検出し、その検出した電圧VLを制御装置60へ出力する。電圧センサ72は、コンデンサC2の両端の電圧、すなわち、昇圧コンバータ10の出力電圧VH(インバータ20,30の入力電圧に相当する。以下同じ。)を検出し、その検出した電圧VHを制御装置60へ出力する。
図2を参照して、制御装置60は、コンバータ制御部61と、第1のインバータ制御部62と、第2のインバータ制御部63と、AC入力制御部64とを含む。コンバータ制御部61は、バッテリ電圧VB1,VB2、電圧VH、トルク指令値TR1,TR2、およびモータ回転数MRN1,MRN2に基づいて昇圧コンバータ10のnpn型トランジスタQ1,Q2をON/OFFするための信号PWCを生成し、その生成した信号PWCを昇圧コンバータ10へ出力する。
図3を参照して、コンバータ制御部61は、インバータ入力電圧指令演算部112と、フィードバック電圧指令演算部114と、デューティー比演算部116と、PWM信号変換部118とを含む。

図5では、図1のインバータ20および30のうちのU相アームが代表として示されている。またモータジェネレータの3相コイルのうちU相コイルが代表として示されている。U相について代表的に説明すれば各相コイルには同相の電流が流されるので、他の2相の回路もU相と同じ動きをする。図5を見ればわかるように、U相コイルU1とU相アーム22の組、およびU相コイルU2とU相アーム32の組はそれぞれ昇圧コンバータ10と同様な構成となっている。したがって、たとえば100Vの交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するだけでなく、さらに昇圧してたとえば200V程度のバッテリ充電電圧に変換することが可能である。
図5、図6を参照して、まず電圧VAC>0すなわちラインACL1の電圧V1がラインACL2の電圧V2よりも高い場合には、昇圧コンバータのトランジスタQ1はON状態とされ、トランジスタQ2はOFF状態とされる。これにより昇圧コンバータ10は電源ラインPL2から電源ラインPL1に向けて充電電流を流すことができるようになる。
図10を参照して、時刻t0〜t1においてはバッテリB1に充電することにより回収分1の回生電力の回収が行なわれる。そして、時刻t1においてバッテリB1のSOCが満充電状態を示すSth(F1)に到達すると、制御装置60は、図9のステップS12からステップS14に処理を進める。そしてバッテリB2のSOCが空状態に近いSth(E2)であるため、バッテリB2を回生電力の充電先として選択しステップS15の処理を進める。
図13は、実施の形態2で実行されるバッテリの切換に関する処理の構造を示したフローチャートである。図13のフローチャートも図9におけるステップS15に代えて行なわれるステップS15Aの処理を示すものである。
実施の形態3においてはモータジェネレータMG2による回生制動を一時的に中断させる。このため図9のステップS15の処理に代えてステップS15Bの処理を行なう。

前記第1の回転電機に対応して設けられる第1のインバータと、
冷房および暖房の少なくとも一方を行なう機器とを含み、
前記制御装置は、前記選択スイッチを切換える際に前記第1の回転電機で発生される電力と前記機器で消費される電力とが均衡するように前記第1のインバータと前記機器とを制御する、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記車両負荷は、
回転軸が車輪と機械的動力伝達手段によって結合された回転電機を含み、
前記車両は、
前記車輪を摩擦制動するブレーキを含み、
前記制御装置は、制動要求がある場合において前記選択スイッチを切換えるときには、前記第1の回転電機に対して回生制動運転を制限し、前記ブレーキを作動させる、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記選択スイッチの切換えが完了すると前記車両負荷の制御状態を前記選択スイッチの切換え前の状態に戻す、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記第1の蓄電装置よりも前記第2の蓄電装置のほうが蓄電容量が大きい、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記第2の蓄電装置よりも前記第1の蓄電装置のほうが出力可能最大電力が大きい、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 車両の外部から与えられる電力を受けて少なくとも前記第2の蓄電装置に充電を行なうための入力部をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記車両負荷は、
第1の回転電機と、
前記第1の回転電機に対応して設けられる第1のインバータと、
第2の回転電機と、
前記第2の回転電機に対応して設けられる第2のインバータとを含み、
前記入力部は、
前記第1の回転電機に接続される第1の端子と、
前記第2の回転電機に接続される第2の端子とを含み、
前記車両の電源装置は、
前記第1、第2の端子間に与えられる交流電力が直流電力に変換されて前記第2の蓄電装置に与えられるように前記第1、第2のインバータに対して制御を行なう制御装置をさらに備える、請求項9に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1の回転電機の回転軸と車輪との間では機械的に動力伝達が行なわれ、
前記車両は、
前記第2の回転電機の回転軸とクランクシャフトとの間で機械的に動力伝達が行なわれる内燃機関を含む、請求項10に記載の車両の電源装置。
